If turbidity disappearance is measured by continuously suppling heat, the temperature will shoot up in the thermometer and we wont get the right result.

Madam why we provide heat in presence of water . Why wenot directly heat.
It's phenol...we heat directly nd constant stirring process...it wil chance to break the boiling tube...furtherly temperature also one of the reason

Directly boiling tube doesn't dipped into the water bath. The boiling tube is inserted into 250 ml beaker with 1/3 water.
