What a beautiful suite. It's like a luxury modern apartment. The only thing I didn't like was the overhang, but everything else was great. 6 people in there would be a stretch though.
She was ace. Mainly used for arranging pre dinner events in the suite with lovely canapés and champagne. Also arranging laundry most days. She kept popping up around the retreat to ensure we were being looked after.
Great video!! I am currently booked in this cabin number on the Edge. Could you tell me how the location was. Looks like its near the elevators and restaurant. Was it loud or a busy area? Any pros or cons? Would you have selected one of the other Royal suites?
Location was perfect. So close to Retreat facilities. No noise at all. The shower backs onto the outside corridor so would mask any noise. Only con is the balcony overhang if you love to sunbathe on it. For us that was a plus.
Nice room but it desperately needs a bidet in the restroom. Bidets are standard for many Asian countries as well as other countries in the world. Its unfortunate that cruise ships especially the suites miss this key feature. Once you get used to a bidet, its difficult to imagine being stuck on a cruise ship for a week or two without it.
