- Yep this week we're covering how to put together those bracketed images or different exposures as a composite in photoshop with finesse and skill. Using the parts of the images you need, we'll work through a full composite workflow to share advanced skills for blending exposures to give you the best control on the final output.
Editing different exposures in Photoshop can be tricky, it has to look realistic and balanced and often people struggle with this. Using some tricks and skills, this video will hopefully share a high-level workflow to selectively blend bracketed photographs to end up with a shot that is technically sound and visually sound too!

Thank you 🙌
Super 👍🏻 great work 👍🏻
Thank you so much 👍
Hmm. Thanks for that. Why cut out & paste the dogo, rather than copy & exposure adjust a Bright layer then reveal the appropriate bits through with clipping masks? Or is it just so you don't have a halo of bright bits around Bright?
Either or are perfectly fine tbh, but you're right about the halo 👌🏼
@@ThatPhotographySpot Cheers. I've also leaned how to spell Bryt since then :) I've a friend with a pair of those little guys; charming and mischievous.
When combining through this bracketing method, would that suggest we should skip the "flattening" steps in Lightroom and instead apply those steps here in photoshop once we get the corrected level balance as one base image?
Great Q! Either apply the exact same adjustments to all of the images before compositing OR pull them in completely SOOC and commence working on the file after you’ve got your final composition. I usually would do my basic adjustments synced to all files then work from there but either or 👍
I'm surprised you didn't open up the eyes a tad? Great job overall!
Thank you!
