I bought mine 3 months ago , it failed to start 4 times at home , it started each time by connecting the charger for 2 minutes . today it just quit on the trail with 3 bars . charger enabled it to start again - I don't trust it and doubt Norco or Jenson will correct this from my previous dealings . Super fun bike
i have a Norco sight vlt. i noticed that the battery terminal magnetic connection is not that great. There are times it gets disconnected and you have to fiddle with it to get a proper connection. Even if both terminals are magnetized together, it sometimes do not connect properly.
mate had a similar issue with his Sight …the lead from the motor to the battery was too short…the LBS fixed it by dropping the motor and pulling some more length of the cable that was tucked up in the motor…all good
Love the bike. If it was your money would you buy the Aluminium or Carbon version? The "A1" spec looks decent but the "C1" spec has all the fancy bits.
Norco has the worst warranty!! My frame broke down and I been waiting five months for theme to warranty my frame and I’m still waiting and if they send me a frame will be different color 😡 my ebike was only one year old !!
