After listening to this interview i actually feel for Priyanka. Poor her just as all outsiders ho through in this industry she had to face all the brunt of the film family fraternity game. Priyanka has always been the most hardworking and dedicated female actor of her time when outsiders barely had any say in anything and when social media was non existant.
It's also very disturbing to see how a female journalist is trying to encash her views by instigating the conversation about Priyanka and Akshay when it was all about rumours and insecurities. As they say women are the worst enemy of women. We all know no matter what it's only the female who's blamed for anything and everything. Thankfully Mr. Darshan has high to talk about Priyanka which gives due credit to this woman actor of courage.

It's applicable to outsiders and back in the days when information source was limited to few media outlets we were forced to believe what we were fed as one sided narrative. Our conviction of analysing anything for that matter be it entertainment, politics, global news was very limited and one sided. It wasn't the case what it's in today's world. And moreso we've evolved in human sentiments much more to what we were just a decade ago. Today live in relationship is taken so normally unlike just few years back. And yes i do admire Priyanka, Sushmita, Kangana and few others for not bowing down to the so called pressures of patriarchal system or societal pressures. Women keep mum or act wierd in public as a defence mechanism knowing they'll be called arrogant, clever, cunning, player and what not. Anyways let's stick to our own opinions. For me Priyanka is a true legend who's where she is today all by her hardwork dedication, sacrifices and perseverance. She's a role model to me and many and everyone's entitled to pick their role icons.
