My father was a narcissist and he suffered from schizophrenia too. Watching Jian scenes with her father made me cry bitterly. A good father is one of the greatest blessings in life, love your parents and take care of them. before they leave this world forever.

Yamkela Carol I think that's pretty much granted because otherwise this would be a sixteen episode drama and also the love track they're clearly setting up with the guy is going to be super gross if they're actually brother and sister. I guess we're in for angst instead since they'll THINK they're brother and sister. Good old fashioned fauxcest. It's also emotionally more interesting if Jisu is the daughter.
Re watch the scene when she was in the market with her original twins buying some hairclips. She was talking to Jian when the other twins ran away and was hit by the bike, so Jian was her real daughter, Eunsuk is Jisu, but she love and adore her more than Jian.
