I completely relate to feeling like you need a crutch at the store. Before covid, I never went to the store without my boyfriend. But during the pandemic, he is very high risk so I had to suck it up and do the grocery runs alone.. I had a panic attack every time after getting back in the car. Now I actually enjoy my weekly shopping trips. It's weird. Anxiety kills dude! I love you and your mom so much!
