Mqtt using Esp32|Monitoring data on Ubidots

I need to send data from a Max30100 sensor to Ubidots using MQTT. When code sensor is merged with publish code for mqtt information read, the result is zero; when only code sensor is utilized, it works fine. I'm not sure why the setup function doesn't work.
