MIKE!!!! You kinda just made my day (read year!). These dinner rolls are really fab - one clarification - people asking, is it just boiled, smashed potatoes... or mashed potatoes where I used butter and cream to get 'em creamy. It's the second, seriously wanted to present something that used up the leftovers. Also... if you have a crowd, use a bigger pan, make slightly smaller balls - YAY! Happy Holidays!
