Ha thanks mate, but the stars are the cool diecast we get to see...its why I try not to get my face on video,haha. Its why I do the videos and open them for the first time at the same time, as I feel I can give a more honest reaction for myself. Although it also means I may miss noticing things as looking through the camera you don't always see everything. Sometimes after I do a video and sit and really go over the model I'll notice something and go ah bugger should have mentioned that,haha oh well. Thats what the videos are for so you guys can look closely and pick up on what I miss. I'm an enthusiast like everyone here, I'm no expert so I will miss things or make mistakes, but hey I am only sort of human,haha. Thanks as always for the kind words and support. Cheers!!
@@shinra2755 I'm glad you enjoy them. I do spend a lot of hours on each video even though I know most people don't watch the full videos. The average view time is 20 to 30% of the video. But for me I'm not worried about keeping people watching. I'm about making a video that I hope has enough video, photos and info to help a fellow collector see what's out there so they can hunt for their own. I always appreciate everyone's time watching a video whether it's for 1min or the full duration of the video. Thanks as always for the positive feedback, I really appreciate that too 😀👍
I also have to agree with this. I purchased this and was pleasantly surprised at how it looked in person! It even looks nicer in person than in video as well!
I can assure you no clinical death here...I loves me a Hog too! Especially this beauty! Luckily, being here in Arizona, I sometimes get to see A-10's flying around. Another fantastic review my friend. As with my Hobby Master models, I generally do have problems fitting the ordinance and sometimes the gear inserts into their respective slots. As you mentioned, a little bit of filing is necessary to get them to seat properly. With my A4, and my F/A-18, I had to work diligently to file just the right amount off to get their ordinance to fit properly. And with my E-2C, the gear inserts were very stiff to get into their spots as well as the radar disc to fit onto its pin. But they are fantastic models and I'm not complaining about it. Looks like I might have to look into purchasing a Hog now too. 🤠🤙
Dam you, my American viewers always rub it in to me,haha I will probably never get to see one of these wonderful aircraft in my lifetime!!! You sir are indeed blessed. It would be heaven to hear one of these things flying over head. Closest thing I get to that are Magpies during swooping season that try to eat our faces and peck our eyes out 🤣. Oh and that starts soon,haha. I do try and do the reviews as straight out of the packet as possible to show ease of fitment, but yeah I have been noticing on a few HM models some things have been really hard to slot in nicely. Hm E-2's are great models too hey!! You definitely need a Hog in your life, whether it be a Snow Hog or another hog you got to have one,haha. In the right corner of their options next to "Collectors" tab there is one that says "AI". being the curious George I am, I clicked on it and the list of all their models comes up and has instructions for them,haha. Yes she looks absolutely awesome in this livery. Yeah I remember you mentioning that. I recorded a HM MiG-29 video after the A-10 and that has a slit stand so I tried to see if that fits but its a little too big, but like you said, if you file it down you could probably get that to fit and keep the bombs on then. So now that you've finally reviewed this bad boy, which one would you say is your favorite hog!? I also had problems fitting the ordnance on this model, I think it must be due to the paint application. I generally don't have issues with the fitting on an A-10 but this one I did. The camo looks absolute amazing though, I would say it's definitely my favorite, close second being the "Tiger Sharks" variant and the "demo team" one in the Vietnam style camo scheme. If I ever get the "Red Devils" variant I know it'll be my favorite. Edit: I also just found out now, after owning all these hogs and watching many of your reviews, that the canopy for the A-10 can actually open... It's because they never come with pilots!
haha yeah it occurred to me while making this that hey there's never any pilots with the hogs!! It is a little weird hey!! To be honest this one is right up there as my fav scheme, but if I ever get the A-10A "Peanut"917th TFW Desert Storm HA1303 then that will change. I really want the peanut to see how that one comes up, there's a Corgi type version too which looks interesting, but both theses go for insane money!!! Until I some how win the lottery I'm not sure if I will ever get either of those,haha. Also any hog with a sharks mouth is a bloody winner,haha. Thanks for watching!!

Awesome camo, very suitable for the A-10. I have already said about the stand: it is suitable from Mirage-2000. Trimming that a bit.
