I love this house so much! I would definitely live at Disney. I think if you buy a house there, you should get free entry to Disney World for as long as you own the home 😉

The backyard here is the stuff of dreams.
Fantastic home, video and music. This home I believe was modeled after the Hotel Breakers in Palm Beach. I wrote a book about Golden Oak.

Actually I think Ohana means family in Hawaiian. So that is not the name of the home. Ask DoctorImagineer who wrote a book about Golden Oak.
lived in Orlando for years and never knew this place existed, is it homes or rentals? I celebration was built for Disney executives and employees but never really took off as that now it a community in itself
Homes. The Four Seasons Resort is there as well. Double gated neighborhood. One gate shack when you pull up, & each "neighborhood" has another gate to get to the houses. I actually delivered food to this house.
Wish I knew exactly where this is located. I looked at aerials of Golden Oak and couldn't find it. The owners have lived there several years - who knows, they might want to sell. And, no I would be the buyer. I am not a Realtor. Any advise or comment?

This specific GO house is hard to get info on online, other than this video, but it's on the Enchanted something (drive/lane/street) section of the GO park, right at the top of the roundabout if you're looking at it from Google maps. Looks to be one of the biggest properties at GO from Google maps.

Sometimes people have so much money they just keep spending and more and more and more and they end up taking something classic and beautiful and kinda ruin it. I’m trying to be nice here. But sometimes less is better. But to each their own.

italianate is a way to say something bad in Italian. is like if I say that's an americanata. it is a way of saying that in America you do a certain thing wrong. so i think italianata perfectly matches this tacky style which should be inspired by italy I guess.
