From what I have seen on videos, this home may be one of the better deals in Golden Oak based on the size and number of bedrooms. I appreciate seeing the detailed explanation of the house such as the solid doors and the gas lamp and the textured tile. Great job!
Thanks Bruce - yes you're absolutely right - if it had a pool in the Courtyard, it would have Sold immediately!

@@thomasatwood1124 Hi Thomas, good question! It's actually pretty rare. Out of all 299 homes there, there are probably two in total. The new family owners are currently building a pool in this home so maybe one in the whole community.
Those little Cinderella coach beds were adorable. I would probably have like a tea area instead of a wine one lol. classy place.
Yes you're right! I had to climb in there to show buyers how each bed had a string of lights on dimmer switches. The top bunks were a little out of reach!

Hi Sharon, the owners had lots of children and grandchildren who loved visiting Disney! It sold for mid $2M just before our market blew up. Would now be worth considerably more in the $3M's!

Hi Hattie, I think you are thinking of the Disney inspired Town of Celebration where they have speakers built into the lampposts in the downtown area. If you visit in the holiday season over Christmas, they do pipe holiday tunes for all to enjoy!
