Thanks for the video! We're considering taking our 4 year old this year. We've never been to the water park area before. Is that something young kid friendly or too intense?
You're welcome! I'm glad it helped! There's a couple of water playground areas and one of them has a little tube slide. They could probably enjoy the lazy river (if it's open) and the wave pools too. Our child is around that age and she has a good amount of stuff to do. Hope you enjoy it!
Do you think this will be safe for a kid just turning 2. He’s tall for his age 38” so height isn’t really the issue it’s more so if he can be accompanied or safe alone because it’s really secure
@@lynnmcdowell6059 Our child is very mild mannered so she never had a problem growing up on these rides. She is short for her age though so she was pretty mature by the time she rode them. However, I have seen some kids who have issues staying seated and stuff. I'd say it really depends on the kid tbh. Also, if he needs help getting on the ride, don't worry. They let us walk in before it starts and hook our's in, then leave before it started.
Thank you for this video. We will be taking our 5 year old autistic son soon (first time on rides!) so I’m trying to prepare myself for what to expect. It looks like parents can ride along on some of the rides so we’ll start with those to see how he reacts.
@veetee8520 Yes, adults can ride with kids on most of those rides! I'm sure you probably already know this already but trust me, headphones/earplugs are a lifesaver for me. Also, I'm going to put a link to their accessibility page that has a thing about autism. I hope it helps and you all have a great time! I have a soft spot for sensory needs ❤️ www.carowinds.com/accessibility
@@8bitvacationsThank you! I found some helpful information in that link so we will definitely stop at Guest Services for assistance. And, yes!…headphones 🤗
Thank you!! I'm headed that way next weekend
You're welcome! I hope you and your family have fun!
