Amy's sacrifice is somewhat similar to Some of the Boat endings from Detroit become human, depending on what you do, something will always change the events and their ending. It's kinda sad but it makes you hope for them all to survive.

Yes guys the same knuckles who breaked rock by his body in sonic 3 (its literally a rock wall) dies to a small rock and no dont say he didnt have reaction time being able to see super sonic speed to predict him right in time is crazy this would end up that knuckles would break rock knock out Sally then both tails and eggy are dead (they had small reaction time)we literally saw how knuckles knocked amy exe out in one punch but still dies to cream exe and sally exe bravo devs the fact its not even a surprise attack makes me feel embarrassed for danuha

I wish that would had a trial survival of the boys, and what they would do when they discover that the girls died, instead of having Sally or Amy just killing the trio. Edit: think about the boys meeting the corrupted girls in metropolis, and whatever the outcome you get, exeller will watch your fight to the end (seeing your suffering of course) and delivering the final blow on the first trinity and saying:"you guys did so much to survive, just to die in the end. Such a shame, I almost feel bad for you".
cream's transformation was so epic. she had memories of her parents and friends, said "im doing this for you all!" in an attempt to stop the evil exe. sadly, failed (survived and i dont know what happened afterwards).

I had something like that in 2d disaster me (amy) and cream was last survivors i found green ring but there was everyone who exe i jumped on them and hitted everyone with pico pico but died because exe was laggy and he hitted me and after a milisecond he got stuned like others and cream at the speed of sound jumps in green ring
Because of the curse, only except certain routes like eggman and cream duo saving the doll will kill cream in the laboratory, same way cream.exe kill amy in almost every route except her solo and one or two others
