I love how these Impossible endings are just like "Look buddy, I don't have an idea for this specific pairing so..." Which I totally understand. There's a ton of combination with 6 whole characters to work with, so I get it. I do, however, wish there was some reasoning for why the exact same events under the exact same circumstances produced different results. Like Cream killing Amy vs knocking her off the ledge. Or Tails Doll killing Cream vs locking her behind that wall for safety. And if there was reasoning and I missed it, feel free to correct me.
In retrospect, it saves a lot of people a lot of rage. Because if Danuha thought of every possible ending with every possible pairing, then we would have more than 21 endings on our hands.
@@EmersonDion The issue is that extending things like having some characters win against .exes when they are not supposed to, is a bit pointless because what should they next that could be beneficial to the gameplay? Like with Sally and Eggman, as much as I wanted even maybe a special route where you do both of their solos like Amy and Eggman. If Eggman were to do his solo route and end up at the master emerald and Sally would do the same, it would kind of end up really weird for her to just suddenly see Eggman there and considering their relationship. But pretty much, Dan doesn't want to overcomplicate the game and put too much pressure on himself by wanting to add a massive ton of endings to the game all unique and special, each one requires much more effort than you may think, each ending can take months to complete. And of course a lot of routes would also have characters being in different places from eachother, mainly with Eggman being in Metropolis while the girls or boys being in Volcano Valley, having them magically meet by teleportation would feel off and forced and honestly worse than just killing them off in my opinion.
Man, seein my boy Knux be treated like a chump in this game is so hard to take. Like, that fella was able to go toe to toe with Sonic but cant deal with some of Exellers servants? :/ Ik the plot demands it, but still you cant tell me that Cream has a better reaction time than Knux.
Yeah. I know that cream is the Main protagonist here but it's like she's stronger than Knuckles, normal or exe. While Knuckles and cia dies by some dumb ways, cream survive by every single situation she is exposed to (except tails doll in metropolis) and outsmart characters way more experienced than her (Aka cream escaping everyone in her solo or "magically" returning Sally to normal in their duo. No hate against cream(she's very cute,by the way) but here she is too buffed.

It feels like Knuckles reaction time was forgotten, because in the previous game in the Tails & Knuckles duo, Knuckles ducked whenever Exeller threw the red ring.
5:41 that ending would make no sense even if it were possible to do. I mean, the 3 hate each other, and they would not come to a common decision, and could not develop a proper defense, because Sally and Robotnik had different views and Amy don't really trust any of them

@@frozenfiredarknight3764 Dan was a very busy man while making WoS, it's why the game was nearly complete a year ago but wasn't actually finalized until now. Another thing to note is a lot of routes would have the characters being in pretty different places, like Knuckles always goes to Freedom City and Eggman goes to Metropolis, and the girls and tails always go to volcano valley, it means some routes would have to not make any sense for how the characters meet, and considering Dan was trying to make each route unique and special from one another, making a whole unique route about one that can't even have the characters properly meet would kind of be a waste of effort and time that could be put into other routes. I do know that some routes like Amy, Tails, and Sally could technically work, but I guess Dan had a set goal of 20 normal endings to not burn himself out. Dan doesn't intend to come back to Round 2 besides patches either, since he wants to make DLC and Round 3 to then end the series.
There is another. Attempting the Tails and Sally duo survival with Amy dead will result in Amy and Cream teleporting to Tails, and Cream repeatedly smashes his head in with Amy's hammer. I found this out the hard way
It's because(at least i think that), originally you had to keep Amy alive for cream be occupied killing her while tails and Sally meet. If Amy dies first (and she can't kill cream because of the trio survival), you have to let cream die to try to get the duo survival, and then the ambush happens...
Correct. If the power duo of Cream and Amy are both dead, they'll be unstoppable. This is why they're able to wipe out all three survivors if they die first, and will kill anyone still alive in an attempted duo ending. You can still do the Tails-Sally Duo Ending if Cream is alive, so long as Amy is dead. Cream will immediately be killed by Tails Doll, and that'll start the ending.
Honestly, I feel bad for Eggman and Knuckles, by far they're the least 2 developed characters, and honestly they *really* needed those additional endings. Seriously, Eggman has TWO endings (not counting best ending, as well as the Cream, Eggman, and Insane Amy ending), which is horrid compared to everyone else.

Well it's been shown that whenever a character gets demonized it's almost like they're under some sort of mind control and it's also been shown that they can break free from said mind control time to time so in that scenario ending if Amy broke Free from the demonization she would still be crazy (theoretically).

"Impossible" Trio Survivals? Not with that attitude! Jokes aside, I like this because it exemplifies how one might go about a certain route since your playthrough is gonna be different than mine! And that's the key word here: Replayability! Though I am shocked (and admittedly a bit bummed out) that Tails, Sally, and Cream are the only Trio Survival in the game since I thought there would've been more combinations (Cream is the only one who has a Duo Survival with Eggman too!) and such. Maybe it was for the best since trying to count all the combinations is gonna result in crunching numbers for hours!
I'm the only one that this Cream.Exe reminds a lot of Exetior's Cream? Like, both kill for no more suffering. It also looks like Cream.exe keeps a bit of her personality

The random deaths are probably there so the creator of the game could save time and not make the extra endings. And it's understandable. Tho, one funny thing is shown to us by these impossible trios. Exeller can kill anyone instantly, if he just wants to. Survivors surviving is happening simply because he wants to play with them.
Like, imagine a Knuckles, Sally, and Amy ending. They would work well together. Just have all 3 of them meet up at Freedom City instead of Volcano Valley. Knuckles and Amy can still meet up at Volcano Valley.
Yeah like robotnik and amy for some reason didn't happen the closest we have is the mlp fanfiction ending but cream was there and also the og 3 are just incapable of surviving on their own

I think its kinda of a spit to the face of the player when you just mess up once and the dead character just kills all the others. Though asking for more endings is just rude,the game already delivered so much I can't complain.
It’s just like in Eyes of Three when Amy died first and then Cream escaped, Amy appeared out of nowhere and gave Tails and Knuckles a chance to kill Cream for her!

Power levels in this game are so inconsistent. Tails can beat Cream.Exe, but Amy gets killed by her with ease. The same Amy, as .exe, can kill Knuckles, Robotnik and Tails, but any one of them can defeat her in a boss fight on their own. Sally.exe has no problem destroying Robotnik, Tails and Knuckles in one blow, even though they would NOT wait for her to attack and would NOT just get destroyed THAT easily. What the heck is wrong with this game's power levels...
Each one is impossible otherwise cause 1:Eggman Dies to either Sally(Boys Trio) Or Exceller(Eggman Solo) 2: If everyone alive and tails doll not infected then im not surprised anymore ;-;

Wait a minute. The extra #5 didn't happen to be the one route where Cream got her hands on Chaos Emerald, zapped Execun trying to save Tails Doll, and then being chased by Exebark? Is it? Is it!?
I realized that Amy, Cream, Sally trio is not listed because the boys can't even die when they're alive. I just thought of if round 1 and round 2 were connected, and you get the worst ending in round 1 and triggering a differen outcome in round 2
This is a big problem with the game the so called impossible routes when you make a game with alot of characters you have to make all the outcomes regardless of how long it takes the long and hard work is what makes games good
You know, I would have at least liked a Boys Trio Ending. Same with a Girls Trio ending. Make it like, feel like the final ending only for Exeller to come by at the end and say “SIKE you thought!” And kill them.
Only if it's in impossible duo situations or trio I guess. Since because Cream would be all the way in Metropolis instead of in Volcano Valley where she could meet Amy, Sally, or Tails, it means she would never be able to connect with them, and if she survived either Amy or Sally coming to kill her, she would just end up in Freedom City and essentially go on her own path. There could have totally been routes like this however, with essentially you doing solos of two different girls and that theoretically they could meet up at some point (There already exists two of these sort of paths)..The problem is how many possible outcomes there could be, and the simple fact is there's only so many of them a single developer can add. I mean you could also chalk it up to Tails Doll killing Cream because a bunch of people die very quickly within a short time span and it could immediately put his curse into full effect causing him to not control it, but it's also inconsistent when you're doing it with just Cream and the boys trio where since it sets you to Cream Solo, Tails Doll will simply not attack due to that sequence when he really should have.

He gets that curse when too many of the trio characters die. The only way to prevent him from having a curse or sacrificing too soon is to make everyone survive.
if you lose Amy or Sally afterwards, you will automatically lose the boy trio, and its a chain reaction, so Tails Doll's curse will be way worse and will finish Cream off too.

Yeah, and Amy is nice and kind like cream, but Amy.exe is so rude and cruel, she changes her personality very fast like in sally and cream duo when Amy splash creams with her Hammer and tails cuts cream in 2 with his tails but if cream and Amy dies and tails survives at volcano valley actually cream splash tails like 5 times with Amy Hammer

The random deaths are probably there so the creator of the game could save time and not make the extra endings. And it's understandable.
Tho, one funny thing is shown to us by these impossible trios. Exeller can kill anyone instantly, if he just wants to. Survivors surviving is happening simply because he wants to play with them.

That’s too sad that so many good trios and duos are lost
Issue is a lot of them would have the main characters far from each other and that it would be difficult to make them be in the same place.
Like, imagine a Knuckles, Sally, and Amy ending. They would work well together. Just have all 3 of them meet up at Freedom City instead of Volcano Valley. Knuckles and Amy can still meet up at Volcano Valley.
Yeah like robotnik and amy for some reason didn't happen the closest we have is the mlp fanfiction ending but cream was there and also the og 3 are just incapable of surviving on their own

I think it would have been cool if the 3 boys had a trio ending. Have them survive from start to finish together
I think its kinda of a spit to the face of the player when you just mess up once and the dead character just kills all the others.
Though asking for more endings is just rude,the game already delivered so much I can't complain.

Exeller actually doesn't let 4 or more character(including Tails Doll) being alive, cuz technically they can go beat him up.
Exeller was under pressure with just Amy and Sally. Probably he would shit his pants if Knuckles or eggman were there too.
That or a squad survival with cream and the boys, because I'm pretty sure that the boys could beat Sally.exe if it wasn't the plot.
Or even a 5 way survival with Amy, cream and the boys meeting in freedom city

Otherwise there would be no point in Amy's or Cream's routes alone.
First, Amy does not die against cheese compared to other trio routes and tails doll sacrifices herself instead of killing cream.
If the boys die it would be easy enough to kill the girls, but they don't.

It always bothered me how 2 of the boys couldn't 1v2 of of the exe girls but the one you chose could just 1v1

Power levels in this game are so inconsistent. Tails can beat Cream.Exe, but Amy gets killed by her with ease. The same Amy, as .exe, can kill Knuckles, Robotnik and Tails, but any one of them can defeat her in a boss fight on their own. Sally.exe has no problem destroying Robotnik, Tails and Knuckles in one blow, even though they would NOT wait for her to attack and would NOT just get destroyed THAT easily. What the heck is wrong with this game's power levels...

Actually… you missed one. Well there’s an “impossible” duo survival. Eggman and Amy. Honestly this is a missed opportunity… but instead of one of them dying, they go their solo routes. Im not sure what happens at the end cause i died as eggman in his solo route by accident… would you mind checking that out?

Any path with crazy amy that has eggman dead leads to amy straight up dying
There’s only two crazy amy endings.

I realized that Amy, Cream, Sally trio is not listed because the boys can't even die when they're alive. I just thought of if round 1 and round 2 were connected, and you get the worst ending in round 1 and triggering a differen outcome in round 2
I think sally exe whisper of soul is more complex than spirits of hell, just like cutscene, jumpscares, and gameplays

How does the Tails Doll work in this game? What makes him kill Cream in Metropolis?
Only if it's in impossible duo situations or trio I guess.
Since because Cream would be all the way in Metropolis instead of in Volcano Valley where she could meet Amy, Sally, or Tails, it means she would never be able to connect with them, and if she survived either Amy or Sally coming to kill her, she would just end up in Freedom City and essentially go on her own path.
There could have totally been routes like this however, with essentially you doing solos of two different girls and that theoretically they could meet up at some point (There already exists two of these sort of paths)..The problem is how many possible outcomes there could be, and the simple fact is there's only so many of them a single developer can add.
I mean you could also chalk it up to Tails Doll killing Cream because a bunch of people die very quickly within a short time span and it could immediately put his curse into full effect causing him to not control it, but it's also inconsistent when you're doing it with just Cream and the boys trio where since it sets you to Cream Solo, Tails Doll will simply not attack due to that sequence when he really should have.

He gets that curse when too many of the trio characters die. The only way to prevent him from having a curse or sacrificing too soon is to make everyone survive.

Solo : 6 possibilities
Duo : 15 possibilities
Trio : 20 possibilities
So either impossible ending, the first trinity's gonna die
so basically if 1 of the girls dies it means 1 or non of the previous survivors dies as well? what a plot twist
In Sally or Amy's Case,the Boys Have to kiss their lives Goodbye
There is also unused Cream Ambush scene.
if you lose Amy or Sally afterwards, you will automatically lose the boy trio, and its a chain reaction, so Tails Doll's curse will be way worse and will finish Cream off too.
Except when it actually doesn't and leads to Cream Solo
