Man.....I miss having a woodsball field near my house. Last one closed back in 2016. Now it's all speedball, which I play, but it just gets so routine. Looks like a blast!!
I hear you. This legendary field is now closed. A decade ago was my prime for playing. I only get out occasionally now, couple times a year. Fortunately our province still has a field or two left.... Power to you, man, i couldn't imagine getting into speedball for that reason. I love the ever changing dynamics on a large field.

I had this recommended to me because I've been watching a lot of paintball videos as it gets colder and I can't play. I'm looking at the terrain and thinking, "That looks just like Nova Scotia". After googling Mersey Road Paintball, I know why. I tried to play at that field in the early 2000s while visiting family in Chester but couldn't make it work. Glad to see its still there. Next time I'm up to visit I'll try to make it work.
Seen a short with speed ball, shit was so gay had to come here and remember what paintballing was all about. Me and my friends had some land next to a river it was like a jungle, we had trenches and tunnels... Goodtimes
I'm pretty sure Player 1 has a Tippmann X7-Phenom, but it could be a Tippmann A5. It also has a cut down 50rnd cap instead of a full hopper. The thing that looks like a black soup can in front of and to the right of the scope is where the paintballs go. I'm also pretty sure Player 2 has a Tippmann TMC mag-fed gun. (Update, I see further down the author says its a "Rap4 468")
Loved the video. I think it’s a little disorganized tho having to ask what one’s team is that just throws it all off. I’ve done woodsball a lot before but I’m no pro, but just seems to be that there’s gotta be a better way for identifying the opponent yannoc
Yaboi Sugarnips I felt the same. The fear of pain stunted my desired play style. The more aggressive i became with plays the more adrenalin masked the pain. Getting shot doeant phase me anymore. Mind you, ive been playing for 11 years!
I got a question, I'm doing a massive paintball battle in a couple of months, can you wear your own clothes because I have my Cadet camo uniform I'd love to wear when I do it
Hey! My personal recommendation would be to acquire isolated gear for paintball that aren't associated with non civilian groups... if you're on the field in a Cadet uniform you have to be willing to represent Cadets while playing.... Ask your local if they have an issue with it first :) and have fun at the event!

Do you guys have to answer when someone calls out what team. It’s be an easy tell off you don’t recognize the voice. Then they could use it to their advantage. Also, stupid if you have to answer when someone doesn’t know who he’s shooting at
I do, personally. I'm of the mind that if you don't answer me within reason, I will make my assumption. Haha... optimally, ill state my team when I call out, making it obvious if i don't get a reply 😉 but yes, the system can easily be exploited hahaa

I love paintball I have done it about 100 times and it does not sting that much depending ok wear u get hit and what u wear

Its just a standard chimney hopper. they're usually higher, but I cut it down for a 30 ball capacity.
