Hey Everyone! Today’s video is about our meat bird harvest and how much it cost us to do this and also how much per pound we are paying by doing this process at home. We have become super efficient with the process and start to finish we processed about 50 birds in 2 hours. The chicken plucker and the 60qt shrimp boil pot to use a scalding water has made a significant reduction in our process time.
