I’ve got an idea for you. Play the game, but try to disguise yourself as a noob by driving a Camaro with no customs or cosmetics. That way, police won’t arrest you cause they will think it’s not worth it to arrest noobs because most noobs I saw personally, have a low bounty. Just a suggestion though.
