Ingredient List
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Large onion ( 250 Gram ) Cut in Slices,
1 Tsp. Cummin Seeds
6 Cloves
8 Black Peppercorns
2 Black Cradamom
2 Inch piece of cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Ginger Chopped
1 Tbsp. Garlic Chopped
1/2 Kg Beef Mince,
4 Round Dried Red Chilli, Cut in Between
1 Tsp, Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder,
3 Medium Size Tomatoes,( 200 Gram )
Chopped,Skin Peel off.
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder,
Julienne Ginger and Coriander Leaves, For Garnishing

Bhuna qeema ki ye recipe bohoot achi hy.. dekhnay main hi bohot laziz hy. Zarror try krain gaye. Madam kabhi kabhi kuch lamhy humary kitchen k liye bhi zaroor nikal lia krain. Sathh rahain aur saath dain.. khosh rahain aur khoshyan batain.
