INGREDINT LIST
Ingredient List
1/4 Cup Oil
Gram Onion Cut in Slices
2 Bay Leaves
1 Black Cardamom
10 Peppercorn
7 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Tsp. Cumin seeds
4 Round Dried Red Chilli, Cut in between
500 Gram Beef Mince,
1 Tbsp. Ginger/garlic Paste,
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp. Kashmeri Red Chilli
1 Large tomato 200 Gram Cut in small pieces
2 Green Chilli Cut in small Pieces,
1/4 Tsp. Garam Masala. Mix well
Garnish with Julienne Ginger and Coriander Leaves
