I just want to give you a big hug, and a trophy. They just treat us awfully, use, then discard. Corporate didn’t even acknowledge the sales associates when they came to my store! I didn’t have VAP though, we had EOS and it was very scarce. The trench is gorgeous! So glad you got it!
Hi hun thanks for the comment!! It took me years to get over my experience at LV I was promised so much in terms of growth with the company. So sorry you had such an awful experience too wouldn’t have wished that on my worst enemy.
It’s like a bad relationship…empty promises…takes a while to get over…but at least you got some nice clothes! 😂 For real though, we live and learn! I trust you are in a much better spot!
Nah it’s toxic at every location 😂🤣😂 the tone the regionals set for the stores make the store managers monsters. Hahaha yea LV is all about their employees working for free off the clock!!! I have had my manager tell me to punch out and then go back to helping the clients; like what?! Overall, the one way I would go back to Lv was if I was homeless on the st. The stress the out on their advisor, the no quality of life, the disrespect, etc is not worth it.
Hi hun omg lol yeah regional does set the tone. Gurl not homeless 🤣😂 thank God we made it out 😉. I would dream about selling or did I Forget to call customer, it’s horrible. happy holidays and thanks for the comment…
I actually work there too as a remote client advisor and I totally agree with everything you are saying. I still have now been successful at getting anything off the vap but I’m going to keep trying. It sells out Soo fast smh
Good point about the folding of the canvas! I’ve actually thought about that myself - why do they fold it?! The creases drive me nuts and at that price point they should not have creases. I do love LV but I completely understand your experience and appreciate you sharing it.
Great information... Love the LV uniforms and your trench coat... wonder if you can share the commission % for LV employee... hear a lot of complaints they are not much.. but lot of people talk about canvas commission but how about ready to wear, home goods or jewelry.... love the video ... thanks for sharing
Hi Trang thanks for watching. If I’m not mistaken I think the ready to wear was 2% I apologize it’s been a while. I maybe wrong, but I do know it was lower than the kering group offered.
@@JessicaDessus wow... 2% for rtw, home good jewelry is not a lot... I love my LV CA... have been with her for years... thank you for reply to my question... love your video
So I think I quit today… it’s been coming for a while. I’ve been in retail/tradeshow 30+ years and started working pt “for a fun side job” last august. Although I’m a newbie and still lack a ton of product knowledge (every time a manager tells me to do something on learning app, they run back 2 minutes later… omg can you come to the floor … there’s customers)… I’ve never received less than a 100 on my Voice. I’m old, I’m professional, and I gave it all I could. The customers are so cruel and beyond demanding. To try to build a few repeat clients, I’d find myself at home trying to finish my outreach. Only to be bombarded with asinine requests, complaints about product, returns, repairs, etc (the stuff you make no money on) Yesterday 2 customers texted me on Easter- 1 for a return (2 wasted hours in the store Saturday) and the other one bitched me out over shoe laces. Day in and day out. The expectations are beyond what is necessary for a pt job and the disloyalty and cruelty of the clients made me make a hard choice today. Thank you for your video. Very cathartic as I’ve spent a chunk of today crying because I’m not a quitter or a failure but this job made me feel this way. Did you experience this as well?
Hi so for years they didn’t have a commission incentive but then they tried to implement a small commission structure, for 0.01% 😳 which was a joke. Kering group that owns Gucci & Bottega offer 3% which is night and day compared to LV. It’s crazy for year Chanel had one the best commission but now here in Manhattan they get rid of that unless you work for the company I think for 15+ years 🤮 . But they pay a pretty good base. Thanks for your comment

Hello! Great video. Thanks for being so transparent. It’s good to see all sides of the luxury business.

Well…let me go and drop my application real quick, I only need a week of access to that website 🤣
Lol gurl and it’s holiday season it’s a nice hook up 😉. Thanks for the comment 💕
I feel the exact way. I wasted a lot of time why I still had that youthful hustle and flow in me.
You look gorgeous as usual 🤗

You're welcome 🤗and Happy Holidays to you and your family 💕

Did you have to pay anything for your uniform?
Hi no they don’t charge you for it and occasionally they come out with new ones
Ma’am you make want to work at LV for the the vap website 🤗💕tfs
Hands down the best part the rest is BS lol 😘💕 happy holidays
Lv commission structure is TRASH compared to other brands.
🤢🤢 it’s ridiculous how little they do for their employees, trash is exactly what it is
Hey Jessica, what was the commission like? I hear a lot of high end stores are starting not to do commission.
