Daihatsu in Indonesia manufactures Ayla/Agya/Wigo, GranMax/Lite Ace/Townace, Rocky/Raize, and Avanza and Veloz/Xenia. This Lite Ace is imported from Indonesia.

Its ugly. Just sell here single/king cab pickups just like in thailand, dual cabs are just too over rated and almost all brands have them. If youre looking for something like that youd rather buy multi-cab or mahindra bolero. I doubt that could even beat the carry.

They could've just go all out and include the passenger van version but they don't want that because it would easily cannibalize avanza sales.
I doubt it would affect the sales of avanza. This van targets the likes of the market of suzuki carry, the chinese brands of the likes.

I think that the numbers in the center (1, 2, 3) are the top speed of each gears. For example, top speed of 1st is at 40 kph. Then 2nd is at 70 kph.

I'm concern on how it will dissipate the heat. Engines under car seat can get really hot especially with our climate
The 2-din stereo is the same stereo found in the base variants of the Hiace, Hilux, Avanza, Vios, Innova, and Wigo.
The new Base Model Avanza has already a touchscreen unit, but without Apple Carplay and Android Auto...

Isn't its competitor the Suzuki Carry? Since they are both 1.5L Gas Engines. It's not diesel, so I don't think it's competing with the L300.
