Car rental in Albania Tirana : Capital Car Rental (company name) 5 min walk from the airport and good guys cheaper prices. if you are leaving at night you can also parked at the office and keep the key inside. no extra fee.

Vlore 😍. But depends on what you like and here is some info. Sarandë is nice but it is a touristic place and the vibes are more touristic beaches hotels fancy restaurants etc. vlore is cute and give a little more the Albanian vibes and the albanian food and it is cheaper and not too busy.
