Yellow center-
R1: Magic circle chain one; 6 sc; st, c1
R2 6inc (12); st
R3: c1; sc to end of round (12) cut yarn
Repeat with green yarn
Put 2 together
Flower petals -
R1: slip knot yarn over with white yarn; c3; one dc in same stitch; c3 ; st in next stitch
Repeat to get 12

Could I make these with medium weight yarn as my eyesight wouldn’t see the tiny stitches. And what hook size please.
I haven’t tried medium weight yarn on this project, but I guess it should work. When buying yarn, they usually suggest sizes of hook or needle to work with, you can have a check of your yarn label.

Sorry but round 4 is off and I had to frog my a few times. I’m getting 37 count rather than 32. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong

Why my pot is not this much circular. It do look like a pot but not this much curved ? I followed as it is .

Flower only is about 10cm long, flowers with pot is about 15cm long. ☺️

You can look for it as a crochet magic ring tutorial
Start with 2ch and crochet into the first chain stitch like into the magic circle
Doing the magic ring or double magic ring can be quite fiddly and difficult for beginners, if you chain 2 and then work the stitches into the first chain it will come out pretty similar to doing a magic ring, the only difference is it the hole is slightly bigger. I really struggled with the magic ring at first but after some practice I got it x I hope that helps x
It's just slip knot but don't pull it off chain in the circle
Don’t loose heart just try again and again. Believe me it’s not hard. You can use chain method as well just look for a tutorial. Try some absolute beginner videos. Good luck
