HOMEMADE HOT SAUCE

I’m pretty good around the kitchen y’all, but making hot sauce was a new thing for me. I coughed and wheezed and near ‘bout cried. Had myself a few good laughs in spite of the fumes, and I videoed it all just for you. Turned out to be a pretty Good Thing after all, so if you want a grin and a list of things NOT to do when you have a peck of peppers to pickle before a big freeze .. here it is!
