3:49 TIp for stubbord/stuck crank. Fully assembled bike: Put the bike against a wall stand on the pedal or crank arm, and a hex key on the other side, your body weight will break it free. With frames set: do the same but on the floor with a rubber mat underneath to protect the chainring and the floor.
Got the Bash Guard installed, an easy task. Just a note: I was able to tighten my bottom bracket back up with the Guard installed. My Talon has the factory crank set and it gives plenty of room.
Just got one of these for Christmas to install on my Giant Talon. Thanks for this video, I definitely got all needed info. Any thoughts about using a little dab of Loctite on the screws?
Do you have a heating system or a fan in the back ground? If so I can hear it. If that's what I heard with the new mic it was less noisy, I only heard white noise, and not as loud.
It should not if you have the bottom bracket on at the correct torque. I ran one similar to this for around 2 years on a different bike and it worked flawless 😁

Yep, It sure is! The single one I used to run was a "stone" branded one. Looked and worked exactly the same as thus one.

No fan on. I shut it off before recording and this is actually my "old" mic I used to use in this video.
