Thank you so much for the shoutout! This is a great video - it’s awesome to see Mainland China offer not just S-Chinese but also Pokemon cards in other languages. Seeing JPN, ENG, T-Chinese and S-Chinese products all in one place feels like paradise lol.
@@KrystalKollectz no problem! it definitely surprised me to see cheap English product 😅 all the S-Chinese stuff seemed to be retail price as well, or at least cheap.
This is awesome dude! I’m from Scotland but I love the Chinese products. Thanks for blogging your journey. It’s great to see the Chinese stores. I wish it was easier to get their products over here haha.
@@Haveafastbath glad you like it! yeah, simplified Chinese has a lot of unique products. hopefully with prices being cheaper it’ll be easier to get them!
Great stuff, looking forward to part two. The Chinese market facinates me with the amazing collection boxes and crazy stuff like different versions of the Eeveelution Vmax's depending on which pack you pull from, slim or Jumbo. Oh and sticking Gengar Alt Art in a lottery system, still salty about that one.
yooooo! been living in shanghai for such a long time, never knew there was this many card shops!! Oh right, the last clip of the video where you showed some really expensive slabs, the pokecolor sleeves is from an online pokemon card buisness that auction off all kinds of slabs daily, including some extremely rare ones
Still there? I always wanted to see the state of industry there. From the card store, the flipper, the player, the collector. I’m interested in seeing how it’s growing there. Want to do that interview? :)
Really never knew about this mall in Shanghai. Don't buy the jumbo packs for ¥50. They'll just pull the hit from the box, and then sell the rest of the dud packs. Your parents did a good job, your English is flawless, usually someone asian living in the UK still makes some noticeable mistakes when speaking (ie twice baked Jake)
thanks man! from my impression they seemed genuine enough to not mess with the packs and I did pull the SR which was fun. Thanks for watching! Didn't know there were so many people connected to Shanghai
@pokemonstatcg I live in Shenzhen, so previously I'd visit HK. Now I'm happy it's boomed more in the mainland. I found only 1 store in SH that was overpriced, but they had cool oripa psa cards!
always fun to visit in person! it’s called 百米香榭 near People’s Square. You can see it from the sign at the start of my video too. Stay tuned for part 2 as I think you’ll want to visit the shop in that video too!
Had a few questions about the location of this mall. The mall name is 百米香榭商业街 and it is located near People's square. Best of luck!
this is an awesome video!! always curious about card shopping in China! hats off to you for always asking before filming also
@@VeksTCG thanks a lot!

How great is this...buyers pov in China. Very cool and thanks for content. Realy enjoyed the peak into Chinese Pokeman retail.
@@BaseSet_77 thanks man! Second video now out too ☺️
awesome vlog! I might be traveling to China. Great to see some stores and their offers!
Love the China exclusive boxes.

china always had some of the coolest poke collection boxes in the hobby
China and Taiwan were so good for TCG pick ups. Sad i didn't pick up even more. Next time!
@@Jehdii glad you managed to get stuff at least!
card scene looks pretty cool nowadays! better than hanging around superbrand mall or going to xiangyang market XD
