Dapat kasi i-acknowledge ng mga taga-intelligentsia tulad ni Ronald Llamas na hindi realistic ang pagsasabatas ng anti-political dynasty bill at dapat palitan na ang buong sistema ng gobierno from unitary-presidential to federal-parliamentary system.
Kung totohanin natin ang pagsasabatas ng anti-political dynasty bill, dapat hindi lang sa mga elected officials, kundi sa mga career executive service officers at rank-and-file government employees na karamihan sa mga empleado ng national government agencies at LGUs at puro magkamag-anak.
Dapat baguhin na rin ang economic provisions na ibasura na ang 60% Filipino equity ownership requirement sa mga industries na controlado ng mga local na oligarco at payagan ang mga foreign investors na maginvest sa atin ng 100% at ang mga anak nila ang magiging "new elite class".

Dapat tandaan mo ang sinabi ni Deng Xiaoping na "It doesn't matter whether a cat is white or black, as long as it catches mice?" so ibig sabihin hindi magmatter kung dictador pa ang magpasimuno ng pagbabago sa ating sistema ng ating bansa, kuno ang long-term na resulta ay ikabubuti ng ating bansa or judge the outcome, not the intention.
