Greetings from Canada. When I watch your videos, I realize my eyes are more talented than my hands. But I still plug away on my models. Thanks for sharing your talent and tips.
I look up to Uncle Night Shift and use a lot of what I've learned from him on my models and soon I'll be building 2 10x6 ho layouts and a lot of what he's done had encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and try new things
I don't see anyone else do as good a job finishing armor (weathering, chipping etc.) as you, its just that simple! I've learned so much watching your process, thank you.
Hey Night Shift! New viewer here, but I’ve been binge watching your videos for a while! Thanks for re-igniting my interest in modeling! Keep up the great work!
Win, win, letting someone you know build up the basic kit allows you to paint & weather a project in 5 days. Content every week without compromise on quality, *win, win*👍
Everything about this is excellent, the filming, the editing, the commentary! I've been around scale models all my life and you are one of the best I've ever seen! I love these armour builds.
I love your stowage, the wooden boxes look dope, this way of painting the tarps is very interesting, and all the canteens at the turret are lovely details🙌👌
I've been moving so my entire setup has sat un-used for over a month and your videos are the only way I've been able to scratch that itch!! Thanks for the new format, it's a nice way to enjoy your workflow!
Magic sculpt works great for tarps and clothing, but you need to let it set for about 30 minutes or so before rolling it out and shaping. Some things are better sculpted when it’s fresh, but fabric is better sculpted when it’s been setting for a little bit. You’re good to go when it reaches the plastic consistency of the green putty you use. Also, water works great for smoothing when it’s fresh, but petroleum jelly works better when it’s starting to firm up.
Please do some more figures!! Definitely a couple wearing field gray. Like some German WW2 figures…. Maybe even some with the red striped pants 👍🏻 maybe looking at a map, or through the try stand Google eyes range finder set up…. Maybe just a 3 guys small diorama??🤔 Thank you for all your Great videos❗️
I like this new style of video showing a project from start to finish in one go but i also really appreciate the links back to older videos showing how to carry out the techniques in more detail. Good stuff! I think the thing I admire the most though (and wish I had myself!) is the vision you seem to have of exactly what what techniques you need to apply and where, to achieve the result you’re looking for. Guess that comes with experience and a lot of time staring at resource material! Great video as always! Can’t wait for the next!
Very nice. I've never done a 1/48 armor model. However, I have Tamiya's 1/35 version of that very kit. That's some very convincing winter camouflage. Excellent!
great video. i built this tank out of card one time. that was a fun kit. i do enjoy the old style paper/card kits that would be a good project to see you do. :)
Forgive me if you’ve addressed this issue but I thought I’d inquire further about the big Russian howitzer model. I’m a sculptor/painter and watch your vids to relax but also I love seeing how you problem solve. Anyway I would love to see the lengthy process when tackling the howitzer. I’d also love to see how you’d tackle the setting around the model. Hopefully others feel the same. Love the videos and keep up the great work👍
Amazing work! I love the videos. After you finish the Panzer 38t and its scenic base, maybe you could try building an M10? It seems to have turned into a kind of trend. I love your videos, and your models are just getting better!😀
Hi Martin! Thanks for the next video, as always cool! But I'm really looking forward to a new project in the usual format: building, painting, weathering. When are you planning to return to the old format?
My friend, do not sell yourself short !! Your model building, painting and dioramas are beyond peer 👍🏽👍🏽
Check out Laser Creation-World…his builds are stunning
Damn it! How I agree with you, brother!
@@francopasta3704 He is the second modeler after Martin whom I am looking at! He is also very cool!
@@francopasta3704 yes, I watch those too. Fantastic work !!
He's charmingly modest. I like that.
watching your videos has dramatically increased my skill as a modeler! Just wanted to say thanks, and keep it up "muffriend!"
even though I dont build models myself, I really enjoy watching your videos. Great work as always btw :)

Gosh. Uncle Nightshift as a close friend would be the best thing an armor modeler could dream of.
Look forward to your videos every Friday! You're like the Van Gogh of the tank modeling world.
Me too! Friday is Uncle Nightshift day... i just hope that he keeps his ear :D
I don't see anyone else do as good a job finishing armor (weathering, chipping etc.) as you, its just that simple! I've learned so much watching your process, thank you.
We All Love how you do the ‘Glaze Method’ with figures❗️ Really want to see more!!
Your friend is gonna be the happiest person on earth!
That tank looks so awesome! 🔥
Been enjoying the smaller, single video projects lately!
A good tip to make nice snow drifts is to mix mod-podge and woodland sceanics soft-flake snow in a roughly 2:3 ratio
Gloss or Matt Mod Podge?

Good to see you helping your friend:)
Those highlighted rivets are stunning! Your friend did a great job with the stowage, your paint job did it justice. I can’t wait for the scenic base!

Love it. The 38(t) has long been my favourite early war tank. Nice to see such a well done model.
have a tough idea for you: Forgotton WW2 plane found on a beach (mark felton productions)
Being genuinely humble when you are a master is a lovely attribute .
This was a great result and your mate will be well chuffed 👍🏼
Maah FRENS!!!!!!!! Even with me being late today, that still makes my DAY!!!

My favorite color style, winter camo, and then rust

Thank you , Uncle Martin .

We will be happy to see a room tour of the new studio) or even a comparison of the new and the old)😉
Yes! My favorite tank! Beautiful model!
Another master class in applying camo scheme and stowage, thanks for the lesson, best regards from Australia.
Please do some more figures!!

nice choice. i like this tank
Your work is amazing friend. I wish I could see models this detailed in games.
Parabéns, tudo ficou perfeito, achei os detalhes dos equipamentos na parte de trás do tanque ficaram sensacionais e o sombreamento também.
It would be super cool and interesting to see you work your magic on a tank from Warhammer!
Impressive, very nice. Let's see night shifts model.
I wish I had the skills you have but I neither have the time or patience. I love watching what you do❤️❤️❤️

Most impressive part of this video... painting those white numbers black... 🤯
if you can, you should do the Bob Semple Tank
That was the video I needed. I want to paint my Chieftain Mk. 5 1/35 from Tamiya in a winter camo and now I know how.
Love this tank!
Really nice love the green stuff use on the tarps!
You should build a crashed plane diorama, that would be super intresting
He doesn't do aircraft.
Excellent as always! Thanks for keeping me motivated 👍
Do an autumn diorama! btw astonishing work.
great video. i built this tank out of card one time. that was a fun kit. i do enjoy the old style paper/card kits that would be a good project to see you do. :)
Outstanding work, and I love the 38(t)👍
Looking awesome, never knew before that I wanted one of these, now I know...
I’m feeling so demotivated to do modelling recently, hope watching this will spur me again
Abdsolutely beautiful. Amazing work as usual!!
FYI, when you buy a big tube of Greenstuff and forget about it for almost 20 years..... it still works just like new. Amazing shelf life.
Excellent work!
Wow, looks great Martin.
"maybe the result isint stellar" LOL yeah right. Amazing work! this is the first video of yours I have watched and very eager to watch more.
As always it looks outstanding. It looks so easy seeing you painting :)
Absolutely magnificent 😎 you do great work 🥇

you are so happy that in your place is getting winter but sadly in my place is just rain no snow :(
4:00 you also made a kv-220-2 in a winter camo :)
Very nice job on that tank
Another great video. I’ve seen the use of latex gloves for tarps. They are already nice and thin. Cheers
you have mad skills Mr. Nightshift...:)
Always enjoying your videos! :)
I would love to see you do like a experimental tank or vehicle from ww2 or different wars or do like naval builds
Please do a video about showing your Dioramas/models that you still have, I’d love to see them!
I turned on the notification bell like 30 minutes ago and you posted a video straight away 😄
To je krásny!
this video comes in perfect timing for me :-) so i could apply these tips on my jagdpanther with a 3tone camo that i am gonna white wash
Amazing work! I love the videos. After you finish the Panzer 38t and its scenic base, maybe you could try building an M10? It seems to have turned into a kind of trend. I love your videos, and your models are just getting better!😀
Excellent Job🏆!
You make it look so easy XD !!!
No matter what you might say it looks amazing
Hi Martin! Thanks for the next video, as always cool! But I'm really looking forward to a new project in the usual format: building, painting, weathering. When are you planning to return to the old format?
Love it.
You should do a Finnish T-55 AMD with snow camouflage
Absolutely beautiful work as always now makes me want to build an early beat up Tiger 1 in the same guise… a "Winter Wild Cat" of the Russian slopes…
What awesome work night shift always enjoy watching your videos I’m going to try the mapping technique out wish me luck
Another amazing Vid good sir. You German WW" modeling is helping me so much with the World War Weird German Armour. PS you Bases are AMAZING!
Wow!! Love it❤️
Stellar!
Looks good! All the best for You! ;)
This track looks like there should be a kitchen sink hanging off the side.
I would love to see a winter camo leopard 2a7. Similar to this one but on a way more modern chassis
I want to make an experiment and paint a figure the same way Uncle Night Shift paints the tarps. Including the skin.
Wow ,soo cool
well done
Also I'd love to see you do a winter diorama of a panzer three L or M just a panzer three really imo they are the best looking for the time
Awesome...
Good evening mr Night Shift
Great video ..
Best on TH-cam!
