I had a pump exactly like that. But man, there are portable battery-powered pumps now, I use one by Xiaomi but there are other brands too, haven’t you tried any? Highly recommended

That pump was too big... I usually use the mini pumps... For Mountain bikes... They are lighter and more convenient!

Sure but wire cable still needs bolt cutters. Its a deterrent for those opportunity thieves... I carry a heavy duty U Lock that has not let me down yet but really considering one of these small wire numbers...
What torque wrench and chain lube does the shop recommend? Thanks!
since they didnt reply you, i'll, i recommend the PTFE(teflon) WD40, the "dry lubricant" one, its perfect for chains, since it dries and does not attract dirt like other wet lubricants.

Just wheel your bike into 711 or leave at counter. Never had issues doing that. If you lock your bike outside expect a tire to be punctured by a rando
My front wheel axle nut is not 17mm
