Finley Shrimpton is the quintessential middle child, to mother Norma and father Nigel. He attended Scunthorpe High School, where he played on school football team. He has frequently spoken about his suffering from excessive bullying, often centred around the movie 'Forest Gump'. He vowed never to feel inadequate again and has since joined the Police force part time while continuing to follow his footballing dreams. He has made 15 unwarranted arrests on youth delinquents, believed to be due to psychological baggage he is carrying from his troubled youth.

I want to put a team of CA 1, PA 200 Model Citizens like this in the 10th level in a lower leagues database and watch them climb and see how long before they could get in Europe.
You should do a save with a team from the lowest league you can get a hold of. Maybe a downloadable database and see how long it takes you to get to the top! I have done it a few times from tier 10. Lowest tier I could find in FM12. My favourite.

Impressive that Burnely managed to stay in the PL after the 200 PA players left. Also noticed Tottenham getting relegated twice in the mid 2040's.

What if you have all players not suitable for a formation? Like all players have max red dot for any position. Could be funny to see how the ai reacts to that

I've been a bit slack on this front recently due to being super busy but I do put all saves on my patreon and this will go up there. I don't have a version without the transfer ban sorry, why would u want to remove it, u have the best potential 24 players in the world lol
Surprised about your initial statement that natural fitness doesn't grow. It does grow in ny team, probably a question of training schedule? I find hard to grow aggression, tackle, free kicks and generally speaking technicals grow less than physical and mental, but natural fitness does grow. Can you publish somewhere the final attributes?
Well I might be mistakrn on natural fitness, but I didn't want to leave it to chance, Aggression almost certainly doesn't grow or change for players, I'm pretty certain on that
@jayhuahua correct, aggression doesn't change at all. And kinda makes a sense. The fact that I am struggling to develop technical skills does not in terms or realism, but it can very well be my training schedule. Natural fitness is tricky, did it actually grow at the end of the experiment?
Do this for the big six leagues
Each league as a separate video? Might just do this, although squeezing them all in fir this FM cycle might be rushed. I might do this as a series for FM25 👍

Maybe one day I will see experiments with my home nation (Ukraine). Maybe some kind of perfect facilities for the clubs or kind of.
