Guy's work with Dave Gilmour is phenomenal.

Fun fact: He's married to Richard Wright's daughter.

Guy Pratt plays bass guitar amazingly, that alone makes him part of the good portion of humanity, His sense of humour shows he's an asset to humanity!

I wish they talked more about Rick Wright because he's Guy's father-in-law. He seems like a really nice man too. I'd like to meet the guys of Pink Floyd and Dave's band. And just saying, watching Guy live, he's the only one dancing and jumping around at the front of the stage.

Roger Waters was never the mainstay of Pink Floyd....It was a group of four brilliant talents that made the band what it was, then the remaining three did an amazing job of carrying it on...

I like Guy a lot, I think if Roger would have stayed the band would have eventually hired a bass player anyways.

I can't count the number of times I've watched this interview and I still laugh out loud when Guy imitates Madonna "Time is money and the money is mine!" He's too funny with that impression. He's fun to watch being interviewed. I'd like to find an interview of him talking about touring with Iva Davies of Icehouse. I think Iva Davies is the best thing to come out of Australia, he's an incredible singer and song writer.

Love your bass playing Guy and your comedy too! You’re an inspiration to me, at the age of 67 & with no musical ability whatsoever I went out and bought a bass, amp etc. 13 weeks in I’m playing comfortably numb, ok badly but I’m loving the journey.

I surely adore Guy Pratt: excellent and most versatile bass player, witty, entertaining, brilliant as a storyteller and all that. Only one thing: I've heard the punch line 'A toaster would have come closer to what I really wanted' too often - he never fails to insert it.
