I went to this concert at north harbour stadium in got to the stadium on my ticket read gateA show my ticket at the booth walk on upto the gate that let's you in the stadium at the second gate I show the same ticket to the person waiting who walk through pass the seats in the stadium down to the field were some one was stopping people from going pass the point of no go I was handed over to the behind point of no go who then walk me to the front of the stage not knowing to me my ticket I buy was front seat that I was that closet I could have been in the band it may my night Im a Roger Waters listener fan that when his solo albums from pro n cons to radio know and amuse to death it was one of the things to do list that i could tick off when people my age say to me why do u listen to old music because I always play song like pink Floyd dire straits, fleetwood mac, santana, steely Dan, the bass, guitar, drum, piano, from those area when people my age listen to N. W. A what was new they were into that I new people to me that I want to not be was into the now that the one good I got from my old brothers sounds is the voices and the only way I was going to listen to new music not to say that new music was bad sounds I listen to new music bands that were u are going to get new bass, guitar, drummer, piano player so in 1996 the one good coming from hip hop and gangsta rapper was a lot of vocals I look from a different view and my listening ears that not to take away what Dr dre was doing like I said I listen to bands from 1970 when kids my age was into the new music when I listen to 2pac I picture his voice singing to sound Roger Waters makes in till then and then I listen to a sample from pill Colin Tupac sample in the air tonight like he had been waiting to show hip hop that we can make good sounds with professional musicians that's what I to got from my music old sounds is the voice that black artists from gene hip hop are the new voice of Motown music because hip hop music was were black artist follow in there hundreds three decades strong so I thank my parents and my brothers for the music thy play that my hearing ears adopted and listen to

There was a nice melodic JAM from the COMMITTEE LP ,right after the CHIRPING BIRDS that reminded me of a long lost Floyd song I heard on the radio 30 years ago. It was about 5 minutes long and had a baroque-like keyboard melody and a trippy guitar solo with few lyrics. Does anyone know what this song's title might be?

Eighteen years old when Dark side was released , Claire Torry has had me mesmerised since then , with the raw beauty of her voice and improvisation on that track . I have loved every kind of music since then , but no one piece has ever given me the same experience .

What has happened seems to be like what happens after divorce. In this case Waters split from the band. Some of the kids gravitate to one of the parents, and other kids towards the other parent. But we now know what Pink Floyd would sound like without Gilmour (Have you heard DSOTM Redux?) Water clearly had more to write about, but the sound of Pink Floyd must in large part be credited to Gilmour.

Genius of a bassist. One band that doesn't get nearly the recognition it deserves is Toy Matinée, for which Guy was bassist and songwriter. They only released one album in 1990, but it's awesome.

Had she gone to court by the time of this interview? Maybe that's why she says the song has given her some grief over the years, as she felt her contribution hadn't been properly rewarded. Songwriting credit is a tricky business, but her iconic part is waaay more than just a session.
