    With the house prices in Toronto the way they are all these places need is an upbeat and aggressive real estate agent and a building inspector that takes bribes and an young couple willing to commute. Oops did I say real estate agent? I meant bone picking vulture.

    The sauna looks like something built by 1970's back-to-the-land folks.

      It was built in the 90s along with the bridge. Late 90s

    do you not notice that people live in and own them places my barns look abandoned to most and they are not . The Damn grass looks mowed do understand a place thats abandoned has knee high grass idk i live by these places

    I hope you asked for permission to be at the Allen's mill as you are trespassing! The log cabin is not original to the property as it was built by a previous owner, along with the bridge and addition to the property. If you are going to film something like this contacting the owner would be wise. as all your comments are completely off. A previous owner built the bridge/log cabin as part of the heritage program at the perth algonquin campus. The same with the recent addition with field stone brought in off site and is not original to the property. Next time dont tresspass and get better history as it is completely available if you choose to research.
