- 'Kangaroo Valley' is the coming-of-age story of a young kangaroo joey called Mala, learning what it takes to survive her incredible first year. Not sure what you are talking about, this was all filmed in Namadgi National Park which is near Canberra but the no town in the park.

I have watched it this morning.. What a wonderful documentary is this.. Specially the night in kangaroo valley is enchanting.
Such an amazing documentary. Everything was great from the music, narration but most especially the visuals. It looked absolutely magnificent. Hope to visit the Australian outback one day.
Kangaroo Valley is not really the outback. It's best described as the bush.

In Hindi(India), Mala is a pretty common girl name, and it refers to a flower garland.
In Spanish Mala means Bad

I'm watching it now on Netflix and the fluorescent moon phenomena is above amazing! Never ever seen this before and the docu says it is only happening in this forest. I can't find anything on the internet about this, anyone knows more about this? It alomst seems fake, so I'm curious if it is real, and how it is possible, they don't explain it in the docu!

It is not of the area called Kangaroo valley as this doco was filmed in Namadgi National Park which is near Canberra. think the valley is just referring to the landscape where the roos live.

Another soap opera nature show with wild animals that have been given names and struggles that they go through and death. Is it so much to ask for a nature show that shows the beauty and majesty of nature without showing negativity. With everything that’s going on in the world do you think you can just make a nature show that people can just enjoy?? This just sucks!

look at that valley, all that land as far as the eye can see, i know this valley well because i grew up there, the government and the landowners own every square inch. Same is true for the entire country.

Gotta laugh at all the people who are amazed at seeing snow in Australia. Honestly, it will snow anywhere, even the desert, if the conditions are right. It even snows in summer here in Australia if the conditions are right.

Of course it snows in Australia. Yearly in the SNOWY MOUNTAINS. LOL. We have an actual mountain range called the Snowy Mountains and apparently these other numpty Aussies reckon is snows "rarely". If you want to be on point, a very tiny part of Australia has favourable conditions for snow, but there it is frequent in the winter and pretty predictable.
Southern NSW and some of Victoria, yes, Even west of Sydney at times
