While staying at my mother's home in Nevada, I went to the sliding glass door to let my pet outside and saw the same two suns literally next to one another. I told my mom but sooo sadly she would NOT come look. So I'm so glad someone has posted this to also convey what I saw here in the United States.
I actually saw something similar back in June 2017. I first thought it was a glare on my windshield until I pulled over cause it was just too weird and didn’t act like a glare. It wasn’t, I got out of my car and it was still there, i did take pictures of it. The only difference was what I saw was the smaller sun was over the large one almost directly. And actually has different “striations”/patterns in it. To this day it still makes me wonder WTH is going on with this

The dimmer one is the moon. Since there's so much smog in additon to the normal sunset atmosphere, the sun is not as bright as usual, and so it's closer to the brightness of the moon, which happens to be close
