Please do a stretching routine video! I recently stepped away from practicing yoga for my own faith reasons and would love to have new stretches to do before bed or in the morning!
I write letters to God as well as a way of prayer. I don't do it all the time. But, I've noticed that when I'm struggling with something in particular where an issue is multi-faceted where I need to sort out all the nuances and my thoughts, writing it down as a prayer letter to God really helps me to sort out all those thoughts. It really helps me to just lay it all out before the Lord so He can heal me, challenge me, work in me, whatever the case may be; it's just really helpful.

I try to take vitamins and supplements every morning and evening. And weight loss products in the moment.. Trying to get to my optimum weight. The first thing I see is the screen because my alarms are on the phone. Dance and walk is awesome.
Hi! I have recently been seeing repeating numbers everywhere I go. It started with seeing 333, 444, or 555 but more recently it’s been 111, 1111, or 1212. I tried looking it up while trying to sort through and discard the Law of Attraction websites. I see a lot of answers talking about “angel numbers” or even signs from God. I don’t know where I’m quite going with this but I don’t want to be pulled into anything like the Law of Attraction so I guess I’m wondering what your input is on this. Thanks in advance for your help! 💛
