सर जी turbine की Rpm ज्यादाऔर generetr Rpm कम ऐसा क्यू होता है। Ex. turbine Rpm 10800 हैं जनरेटर RPM 3000 ऐसा क्यू है। टरबाइन Rpm 7000 और जनरेटर Rpm 3000 ऐसा क्यू है।
Paresh it is only in small size unit where Turbine and Generator coupled with Gearbox actually Generator is two type 2 pole and 4 pole, Generator RPM =120 f/P Where f is frequency which is 50 Hz P is number of megnet pole in Generator, suppose there is2 pole So Generator RPM =3000 RPM If There is 4 pole in Generator So Generator RPM =1500 This one is calculated by above farmula. Turbine RPM is high in small unit because of single cylinder design.
