- Heyyy everyone!! How am I you ask? I'm Fine, thank you and you? LOL. So, Unpretty Rapstar 3 just finished and my favorite contestant is Grace!! She's from NY just like me, and she's very talented! She can sing, rap, dance, write, etc. SO, I put together a compilation of all her performances from this season! Thanks for watching! Enjoy!

Grace should have won it but since she is new and no one Korea hardly know her she didn't. That's why I dislike the show it's not about talent it's about popularity.
Arguably that isn’t true for Grace. I am a fan of Grace, and as much as I wished she ranked higher, the rappers that she faced outclassed her. Yuk Jidam, Ash B, Nada, and Soyeon have much better flow, and the reason why they have flow is because of their lyricism. The closest would be against Ash B because she was having fun in battle rap, which is integral part of it. Ash B barely won by skill. There’s more to them in terms of technicality than Grace. Grace, on the other hand, has more dimension and style. She is way more defined, whereas the other rappers don’t stand out that particular in style. Plus, her flow and presence isn’t that bad as well. She is definitely a virtuoso, a slight poor man Jessi, where she’s not terrible, but she’s definitely reliant on singing, rapping and other elements in her overall presentation as a rapper.
Faye Love Ikr, she had great flow and a smooth groove. Dissapointed that they voted for those who are more popular. She was one of the best tbh. She was unique and had her own unique style. She wasn't a carbon copy of rappers. She was her, something we don't see nowadays.

@@localguidepku3081 i think cheetah win bcs of her lyrics its contains more korean so korean would understand in jessie's case her lyrics were damn deep but koreans didnt understand so they voted cheetah /dissapointed how the voters(koreans) vote

Lostintheflames12 unfortunately she said she's comfortable in her current company. her company (YYAC) gave her major freedom over her music even though she doesn't have much promotion. i hope she have more promotion activities too😊
Lostintheflames12 Let's be honest though we are only sold through her performances. When its comes to analyzing her lyrics and flow she's not that good. There are better rappers in her season.
thats y she did not win her season but she provide great entertainment nonetheless.

Grace's talent best shows when she's doing her crazy scary raps. Like Yezi, she isn't for for the mainstream shit. With "Im'a Slay" I got chills. Even though it was only a minute it had to be my favorite because it seemed like she was ready to kill. It was her version of Yezi's "Crazy Dog"

I like the different dimensions in her vocals, the way she just goes up and then down again. Also the growls. It's the opposite of monotonous and that's kinda rare, especially amongst female rappers.

I did not like Grace in the beginning, she seemed too stuck up to me. BUT I WAS WROONNNGGGGG. I HATED WHEN SHE WAS ELIMINATED UGH

She only acted that way to get their attention. She's like the sweetest person ever. You can see that as you watch her videos on her youtube
grace should've got the dean track and she should've beat ashb, euna kim
and yukjidam in the last death match.
I wish she got Dean's track also!!! It was a match made in heaven for her. And if she did make it to the semi-finals I know her original track would have been AMAZING

I agree she should’ve gotten Dean’s track. She sounded better on it, no matter how much I love Jidam. I do think that she didn’t meet the bar that death match though.. she should’ve rapped more instead of the dance break

Rapping was new to her here. She was a volcalist then Jeon recommend for her to go on the show. She auditioned and got on. She wrote her own raps but had problems doing because the show wasn't scripted and they would give them little time
I know I'm replying 3 years later but I prefer her rap more :/

I’ve only watched clips but she seems really chill compared to the other contestants on Unpretty Rapstar in this season lol. She reminds me of Jessi a bit, like how she just plays around the whole show but still slays. 😂😂 I really love her.
Is she popular in korea? If she's not... she should be! She's Dope. I love her voice. Its like she's always extremely urge when she's rapping. I love her and her talent.

ugh omfg i love her so much. def my favorite contestant as well. although i can see why upr wouldn't like her as much, since she's so creative with her music style. i feel like it's more stuff you'd hear at a rave than a hip hop concert? i think the korean rap shows prefer to focus mainly on rap itself, and grace's style was just a little too unique for that environment. her new songs are so lit tho, she needs more recognition. thanks for this awesome compilation!
She objectively wasn't that good at rapping tbh. She even said that herself that she didn't even think she'd make it past the first episode and that she was a singer and never rapped prior to this show

She has two successful TH-cam channels now you should check her out I like her channel Grazy Tv she covers things about Korean culture and a lot of other interesting things
I can see why she was eliminated. She used to many English words like a whole 4 lines without a single Korean. Also she grew up in the USA so she uses to many American tricks like swearing and using American pop culture in her raps. She also sings. It's a rap battle. Even Hyorin didn't sing that much. She's very talented indeed.
Well Jessi used a lot of English her season and came in 2nd. I just believe that there was a lot of good rappers this season, and competition was tough. Grace tried not to sing for most of the show. Plus, the judges were very critical of her beat she used in her final elimination match. I don't believe the English was a huge factor.

Well many rappers use many English, Flowsik for example..so that’s not the main factor and Hyolyn did sang a large part mainly because of the refrain in My love with Basick

Idk if you all saw but on Grace's social media she posted a clip of her performing a song known as "Zombie High" at one of the Unpretty concerts. I SWEAR it must be her semi-final track because she said it was an unreleased song, it was lit, and there was background dancers. But, she said it would be released soon!! So, stay tuned! You should really look for the Unpretty concert clips, Grace has been slaying and doing lots of special collabs, including one with Euna Kim.

her personality, voice, moves, style, attitude, height, looks are amazing
damn and the way she JUST started learning rapping before the show started. although her skills aren’t the bad i think her performances are the most fun to watch, she has amazing stage presence and she’s always so confident
she's my favorite also. I loved her single I'm fine. So when I learned she was on unpretty rapstar I was really happy for her. Hope to hear more from her in the future. Great compilation!

She's an amazing performer but she's bad rapper to be honest. Her lyrics don't make sense some of the time and sometimes her flow is a bit off with the music. Her style is what saves her and makes me like her.
The reason she's off beat is because she wasn't raised in Korea, and had to learn Korean on her own time, and even on Unpretty Rapstar she wasn't perfect in her Korean
BTS ARMY Plus she’s a better vocalist in my opinion, she’s stated before on her channel that when she was training to be in a girl group they made her the main vocalist
