There was a stealth nerf recently to ocelot which personally I don't mind.
Pretty sure it involved the front Dodge forward bash no longer doing direct damage but instead guaranteeing a light attack and if you miss the front Dodge Ford Bash you can no longer chain the follow up bashes.
Hunter Stance feels like the kind of move you'd see in a Year 1 Season 1 hero, I hope they do something to it in the future to make it a little more interesting. Hero seems fun outside of that!
It feels like orochis backdodge attack in singleplayer where you have to hold one stick back & the other forward
I like it the way it is but that’s just me, it does look limited it’s just there. I do see potential with out of stm plays or even revenge.

You can’t even punish people by entering the stance to dodge and attack and doing the jump attack from it since the opponent recovers in time to block.
1v1’s need to be taken into consideration when making a character and this stance neglects that entirely.

@rain89skarlet80 sounds like a bad player. Most feats some characters rely on feats entirely, like nuxia, and they add customization and flare to make your characters more unique than others.
Otherwise what would be the point of having 4 slots

@rain89skarlet80 it stops people from empty dodging her kit. But moreso, deadly duelist increases her ones capacity.
Also "playing since launch" means nothing. You're bad if you're complaining about feats, point blank period. Go play street fighter or something

Hit box on players vs Hit box on walls feels like it needs a video sometimes I swear
To fix the ganking issue, they gotta increase the chain link between opener and finisher.
Bashes resetting hitstun isn't new at all, but the fast flow of two different ones isn't that common(there are examples, of course)
Or just making the finisher bash not reset hitstun. That'll fix it too.
Who else can do two bashes back to back like that?
Orochi can on landed kicks, it's possible to time it with the 100ms timing after their guard comes up before they dodge to confirm attacks that are not unblockableS
@51TD0wN shinobi, tiandi, shaolin, Valk, jorm, aramusha, medjay, shugoki, and hito(these are all that are on the top of my head)
They can do two bashes in a row that confirms multiple hits from your teammate
This is because these bashes flow fast enough to be confirmed off hitstun and because their chain bash resets hitstun.
Put those two together, and you have a nasty way of confirming damage.
@@A-Dieselonly aramusha and Tiandi have back to back, no attacks in between, fast flowing bashes. All the other characters require throwing an attack in-between which uses up hitstun and reduces the damage they take while being hit by another person. Tiandi’s bash also doesn’t do damage outright or reset hitstun
@gaylussac6156 never said the other characters ganks are the exact same or are better, but they function pretty much identical
As in you throw two bashes and the teammate gets free hits while also confirming the chain bash.

Hear me out next hero where his 4th tier he throws his weapons away and goes fisticuffs and has loads hyperarmor but deals like 5 damage but combos can increase it to like 15, and the 4th gives him more health so he can tank a lot more, thoughts?
Outside the feats the hero looks fun plus his design is cool in general
idk if this a horrible take but they should add a shaman like bash for his othe stance and either make it feintable or make his lunge attack blue
Just wish he was more centered around bleed rather than spamming buttons

@@mrartyomych8504 exactly, those kinds of weapons are notoriously brutal and would cause really gnarly injuries. They wouldn't really "cut" they would moreso rip into them like a chainsaw. Ppl really thought he was gonna be more bleed-heavy.

If you notice the trend, it's just a spamming trend of infinite chains heros

It should have more dodge properties on stance
It just feels like ubsioft is going to be giving everyone infinite chains, and it just doesn't feel unique anymore.
The only other character to come out in like the last 3 years with an infinite chain is Medjay.
It sounds like you don’t play this game. There are only 7 characters with infinite chains, including Ocelotl.

My friends left FH after they got bodied. They were newcomers. I feel bad they could not see this Hero.
That sucks, this game is tough on newcomers that aren't committed to learning it to get better. Takes a while to get to the best fashion for a hero too.

Honestly, I'm fine with the hidden stance heavy being UB. Its too slow for it to be scary at all in a team fight when i can just keep my guard in this dudes direction and BOOM the threat of peel is non-existent

Im not sure the mechanics of this but could his light hit boxes just not be registering on players, he isn’t locked onto? I was watching Havok duel, and the feint to light seemed to be catching dodges and dodge atracks pretty well. Which would indicate they do have a decent hitbox. Would also explain your wall hit. If say they only thing your lights interacted with is environment and locked opponents.
I read once, watched the duel. I read twice, watched again, and I am pretty sure your are actually right. Oo' But it would mean that a core component is missing. And the release is tomorrow :(

That's what I talked about multiple times regarding bashes,
Guaranteed attacks would wreck 4v4 to the max, now you can't stand a gank
This hybrid of medjay+jorm means antiganking is not viable anymore "the main base of the game"
Antiganking has never been viable. Against people who know how to gank properly, you're going to die. Antiganking is a stalling method, where you just try to survive as long as possible to hold enemy attention and contest while you wait for teammates. The only way you're going to "win" an anti gank against good gankers is if they make a couple mistakes and you make zero.

You mean the follow up attack after sweep? If yes, that attack is guaranteed if you are hit by sweep. You can parry the follow up if he misses.

U Can block or Parry, its just 400 ms so that hard

Characters like Magi and sugoki already have an infinite with their bashes, but here with the hunters heavy it becomes rather stupidly easy to confirm that infinite since you get it for free after a hug or magi grab, and it will pin, which could confirm an additional grab.
I think he is a cross of all classes
heavy with the hyper armor and slow heavy and zone
Assassin with his fast dodge attacks and his new stance
Vanguard nice amounts of damage and has lots of bashes
They should create a different class and call these characters hybrid or something

Give him deflects with his bat, he has a really shallow moveset despite being a menace. Like make him catch the opponents sword through his obsidian teeth in his cricket bat. Idk about larger weapons tho
This hero is terrible. Ask yourself, outside of the fashion what makes this hero standout from the others? So many other heroes do what this guy does but better. This is the worst hero release since the launch of this game and I cannot believe he made it past testing. I hope they add more to his kit soon otherwise there’s ZERO point in playing him over any of the real heroes.

Looks like absolute ass, he’s just another hyper armor infinite chain hero like they’ve been making and reworking others into. Sad to see such a cool design for a character be wasted when they could have added a bleed mechanic like everyone wanted
Can you please test console performance mode on series x or ps5. Even with my 120hz tv i don’t see a noticeable change
