My most favorite aspect of this video is Grant's tarantula music at the end. I can't wait to get the download for that. It's the creepiest music I've ever heard. You can feel the tarantula steps!
the amount of time and detail put into each and everyone is wonderful. they came out looking like a little army of tarantulas. that would probably be a pretty good thing to have. they can bring you snacks and they scare off enemies. but honestly, they look so realistic. wonderful wonderful work
I would definitely try this if I had an oven, they look so real. I love spiders and am trying to find a tarantula to adopt, but I might give this a go in clay 🖤🕷️🖤
Christine, I LOVE that you're doing a bit more TH-cam! You are fascinating and inspiring. I WILL be TRYING these. Like you said, you/we improve with practice! ❤
I’ve never been so happy to see a TH-cam notification. I re-watch the Netflix series multiple times a year so I love to see a notification from this channel.
Taking on a baking project of this magnitude would be ridiculous however, it's so fabulous watching you do your thing. Christine you are amazingly creative, how wonderful.
Amazing! What could be better....a cookie and spider all in one. The detail is fantastic! I would hate to eat them. Thank you Christine for another inspiring project.
OMG I just love this. And I particularly love it because I wiould never attempt to try it. Why would I not try this myself? Have you ever seen those Pinterest fails? Where someone sees something amazing... and they try it themselves. And fail magnificently. That would be me. So instead, I bow to the master and enjoy the making of. Thank you, thank you for your attention to detail.
I was kinda hoping you'd eat one at the end, I'm not sure why but it's satisfying to see something so real looking just to be reminded that it is indeed a cookie. Amazing work all around!
Your outfit! Absolutely love! Of course, the spiders are incredible, as always! I’ll be using the RI recipe for gingerbread structures this year! Also, your attention to anatomical detail really elevates these little guys.
These cookies are amazing and creepy! I'm going to try and make these with a sugar cookie recipe and regular royal icing! My husband is making some plastic hangers so I can attach the legs in the front......they'll be reusable so I wont have to make them everytime! Your design is awesome! Thank you for your time!
It's like these were in a baking contest and won a blue ribbon. Reminds me of the bleeding heart armadillo groom's cake in "Steel Magnolias". Gray cake icing with red velvet inside so when they cut it, it looks like a dead animal. So funny , even the part where they cut off the back end. 😁
I did not expect a full anatomy lesson of tarantulas 😅 These look absolutely incredible!!😳 I'm a very patient cook/baker, but I have to admit that these are even for my liking a bit too time consuming, but they sue do look very real, super impressive!🖤
Because this episode is from Christine’s patreon from 2 years ago. She has so many amazing episodes. Every time I think she can’t surprise me anymore she comes up with something even more mind blowing than the last the time. Love her page.
I recently watch a short video about the Grand Guignol. The host talked about how some of the plays required an actor to eat body parts, so they commissioned local bakers to make edible eyeballs and such. I like to think that might have been Christine in a past life.
Great job!! I was hoping you would show your pile of broken ones to give us hope that failures happen to everyone. I love these spooky inspired videos and I miss your Netflix show. Keep up the great work!!
Fantastically amazing! But there is no way I would have the patience and dexterity to even attempt this monstrous project. 😄Instead I will admire and applaud your effort and resulting perfection👏🕷👏🕷
I love these. I want to try it. The most difficult part for me is finding the time. What would you say the time needed would be over the course of the two days for the occasional baker?
I can imagine scaring the bejesus out of someone who’s scared of spiders with this on a table and then picking it up and shoving it in my mouth like a crazy person while they watch in horror. 😈
You are truly an artist. Thanks for taking all this time to show a wonderful detailed spider cookie. Awesome! I know they were moving around 😂 Have a spooky Halloween 🙏🇺🇸🧡🍂🍁🦉🕷️👻🕷️🕷️
FINALLY A TH-cam VIDEO, WE MISS YOU HERE
I have to rewatch every year! Miss your Netflix show!!!
Moar Christine!!!! We don't get enough on youtube of you.
Love this, but no way will I make this many time consuming cookies. I think clay so I can keep them. 😉
I agree make out of clay to keep them!
My most favorite aspect of this video is Grant's tarantula music at the end. I can't wait to get the download for that. It's the creepiest music I've ever heard. You can feel the tarantula steps!
Grant's music is amazing... Power couple 🤜🖤
I've been baking for almost 30 years. You do amazing work. Your patients and skills are to be admired. Love and hugs Miss Christine.
Wow! They look amazing, so real! Don't think I could eat one knowing all the work put into it. Had a feeling I'd hear some new music. Great job Grant!
I love a Christine McConnell video day!
Just amazing - once again Christine proves how incredibly talented she is.
Oh I love these🖤 I feel like you’re really back to your roots with these, they’re dreadfully adorable 🕷️🕸️
the amount of time and detail put into each and everyone is wonderful. they came out looking like a little army of tarantulas. that would probably be a pretty good thing to have. they can bring you snacks and they scare off enemies.

Oh my goodness they are gorgeous! Christine you have so much patience and persistence
Your level of patience amazes me. They turned out awesome. Cannot wait for the bedroom makeover video!!!
Amazing! I can’t wait for the other upcoming projects.
Crazy talent! They're amazing! I enjoyed the new score of this video too (well new to me) especially when showing the finished spiders!😍
Anatomically correct spooky spiders! I love them. If I make them no one will be allowed to eat them.
OMG This is so extra even for Christine. LOL - I don't think I could even eat one, they look too real.
I’ve never been so happy to see a TH-cam notification. I re-watch the Netflix series multiple times a year so I love to see a notification from this channel.

I was kinda hoping you'd eat one at the end, I'm not sure why but it's satisfying to see something so real looking just to be reminded that it is indeed a cookie. Amazing work all around!
I’m an arachnophobe, but I love Christine’s videos too much to not watch. I just, ya know, had to look away a few times…
Ahhh I have wanted to try these ever since I saw Rachel Maksy's video!
You had me at tarantula. Definitely gives me some syfy movie vibes seeing them setting up.
just amazing. great to see you are cooking and sharing plant based recipes.
Thank you!
I like these, I remember when Rachel Maksy tried making some. Between the two of you it totally seems doable!!!
Absolutely love this so much!
Love all your content!
I’m going to watch your Netflix special again today because you’re amazing 🖤
Thought I'd seen this before, can't easily forget tarantula cookies made by Christine 🕷️ maybe I'll be brave enough to make them this year!
Your outfit! Absolutely love! Of course, the spiders are incredible, as always! I’ll be using the RI recipe for gingerbread structures this year! Also, your attention to anatomical detail really elevates these little guys.
They came out great!
Beautifully done 🕷
GENIA!!! TE ADORO !!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
LOL I have rebuilt car engines that was less complicated and time consuming than making those cookies. Awesome detail and work !
Most impressive. I feel these would be perfect for a spooky tea party 🫖
Amazing job.
Your top is absolutely beautiful! I love your videos. I’m going to try making these cookies.
Two videos in one month!? You bless us Gracious Lady! ❤
🕷 Very creative idea. I especially like the way the video was shot. 💯
Fantastic! So realistic and original.
I will definitely make the dough! The rest is doubtful 😂 These came out AMAZING 😻
WOW !!!! You are AMAZING Great job . There FANTASTIC.
You have far more talent and patience than I but WELL DONE!
When Christine was sculpting the body of the spider…did anyone else hear the sound of “radio talking”?
Those look so Realistic. What an awesome job!
You are just other worldly with your talents 🕸
Thank you so much Christine for not making them Scorpions...lol! Creepy gorgeous!🎃
Its is amazing as usual! And I am so glad this recipe is plant-based!

Thank you for giving us plant-based options! I’m allergic to dairy/eggs, so this is perfect.

I love that you use all vegan ingredients but made them to look like spiders. 😜
I seriously love your talent! One day I will be just like you! 😊
I did not expect a full anatomy lesson of tarantulas 😅 These look absolutely incredible!!😳 I'm a very patient cook/baker, but I have to admit that these are even for my liking a bit too time consuming, but they sue do look very real, super impressive!🖤
Note! Unsalted chick peas (garbanzo beans).
I’m always so happy when you poat!!!!
Why are there 2 year old comments from a video posted 20 minutes ago?
Because this episode is from Christine’s patreon from 2 years ago. She has so many amazing episodes. Every time I think she can’t surprise me anymore she comes up with something even more mind blowing than the last the time. Love her page.
I was wondering the same thing but I see someone has already answered that it's from patreon
Wow, they look so real 😮
Wow!😍😍😍
I recently watch a short video about the Grand Guignol. The host talked about how some of the plays required an actor to eat body parts, so they commissioned local bakers to make edible eyeballs and such. I like to think that might have been Christine in a past life.
Welcome back ❤🎉

Most gorgeous spider cookies ever! 🕷️
Ahh! Just thought of setting them on a spiderweb plate! 🕸️
❣️
So creative! But I would feel guilty eating those works of art because you spent so much time on them!
If ever I made a cookie that intricate, NO ONE would be allowed to eat it!!!
I love these. I want to try it. The most difficult part for me is finding the time. What would you say the time needed would be over the course of the two days for the occasional baker?
Plant based butter... so proud of her!
We love you!
I can imagine scaring the bejesus out of someone who’s scared of spiders with this on a table and then picking it up and shoving it in my mouth like a crazy person while they watch in horror. 😈
You are truly an artist. Thanks for taking all this time to show a wonderful detailed spider cookie.
Awesome! I know they were moving around 😂
Have a spooky Halloween
🙏🇺🇸🧡🍂🍁🦉🕷️👻🕷️🕷️
I would be crying while eating them, after all that work, it's almost a sacrilege!!
I know literally NO ONE who would do this - lol - it kind of gave me anxiety just to watch it 😂
Christine, I just rented your former house,,,I didn't realize it was way,way up in the mountains!!
Amazeballs 😱😱🕷🤎
We would love to see more of your house on TH-cam. ❤💙❤💙❤
