The funny thing is that for my romance speaker brain, the "stuffy" version sounds more natural because it resembles more how we do in our languages. That's why I prefer saying in which, for which and so on... Thanks for the explanation!

Maybe smn can explain why 7:20 in this sentence is used "made from" and not "made of". As far as I know we use "made from" when the form of an object is changed. For example: paper "made from" trees
