I have two GlideStrike's, the OD Green with satin blade and the Jade with black blade. I did a scale/hardware swap and they look awesome! This knife is smooth, well screwed together and has fantastic cutting geometry. My two examples are equally well made and they make me happy. I've hard used 9Cr and the edge retention has been very surprising, especially coupled with Sencut/Civivi's slicey edges.
It's basically a Waxahachie folder.
9cr is pretty good
I love the Glidestrike. It rivals the PM2 for ergonomics and slicing. And it looks way better. And it's real price.
almost makes you wonder if the more expensive bangers are rightfully so 👍🏼
The factory price for a decent knife is about $7 for every $100 retail. ROM. That Glidestrike has a higher production price than the budget Bugout. Massive value.

I just got the OD green with the black blade but my detent was too stiff to thumb deploy even after I put a drop of oil in it so I had to put a zip tie in the thumb hole to open it easy???
Weird. Mine is not that difficult.
