From the bottom of my heart.. Thank you so much for making these. When I tell you that these videos were pretty much all I studied for my PANCE besides having to supplement OBG and derm, I'm not kidding. I listened to you on my drives during clinical year, then in the weeks leading up I would watch a section then do some ROSH questions over the topic (only completed about 25% of ROSH), then I just rewatched all of your videos in the last few days. I just found out today that I passed. I literally owe you my life, I don't know how I would've learned everything otherwise. I'm gonna post the same thing on a couple videos so more people can see it.

Thought I'd share cause I had missed this before:
I usually remember SIADH as Sudden headache Increases ADH
    And to remember the OSM:
SIADH, S for serum osm decreases
InsipidUs, U for urine osm decreases or
    [DI]abetes [IN]sipidus, [DI]lute ur[IN]e

One helpful tip I got for remembering these is that SI = soaked inside, while DI = dry inside!

Very helpful video as always..just one question if we give IV furosemide for SIADH, will it lead to more severe hyponatremia?

    Hello
Are there cases in which the secretion of ADH hormone is stimulated in a patient with idiopathic diabetes insipidus after taking Minirin for a long period “a year or two”, because I was sick with it since childhood and after taking Minirinmelt for two years and then stopped taking it, I felt that I had recovered from the disease?

I would imagine its possible, although I have not personally seen it in practice since I see so few patients with this. Im glad to hear it had such a positive long lasting impact on you.

I'm so used to questions now that I'm a little bummed there's no review questions at the end of this video! Haha

Haha sorry! The videos early on didn't have questions, but all of the most recent ones do.
