  • 🇮🇹🇮🇹My new book "The Expat's Guide to Buying Real Estate in Italy" is available on Amazon Kindle right now. Paper back version coming soon! a.co/d/5dLeTYJ 🇮🇹🇮🇹
    This house is an excellent condition and is located in Roccasecca, Frosinone. It’s just over an hour south of Rome, nestled high in the hills with incredible valley and mountain views facing west. It has two large decks, and a very big fenced in backyard. There’s lots of options to do light remodeling on this house, but the overall condition of the house is incredible!
    Come join myself and my agent/friend Claudia as we tour both the house and take a walk around the town. This is a bustling hilltop town of 8500 people and the area around it has even more villages and all major services are at your fingertips. You can walk within two minutes to over 20 different businesses PLUS a huge children’s park. The beaches of Latina are only about 35 to 40 minutes away. There’s also a train station within 10 minutes for quick trips into Rome or down to Naples.
    If you have any questions, feel free to write me a BradsWorld8@gmail.com. I’m always happy to answer a question. Thanks for watching and subscribing and enjoy the tour!

    Absolutely nailed it this time! Beautiful home! I wish we were ready now! But, alas we are not. Thank you showing us all that there are many more beautiful homes yet to be discovered in Italy. Thank you!

    I love your opening graphics with you two on the vespa and the dogs in the sidecar.
    I came to the US in 1956 at age 7 and lived in a town with half the population of Roccasecca until 1964.
    That town would be just the right size for me if I could live there.
    Ciao

    The VIEW‼️It’s overwhelming.
    - This home has been kept very well. Rooms are huge.
    And, much of the furniture can be configured to add a modern style. (I see past that 70’s flair. 🙂)
    This diy is NOT that difficult. (FYI… Even the few areas of dark coloured bathroom tiles can be covered/overlayed with a tinted enamel or ceramic paint.
    I’ve done it myself and it looks perfectly professional.)
    ▫️
    This offer excites me.
    I’ve travelled throughout the Mediterranean… and the experience gave me a deep appreciation for life in this area!
    - If I could, I would move to this town in a heartbeat‼️
    Western Canada is beautiful too, but like everyone else here, I’m sick of the high cost of living.
    ▫️
    Congrats to whoever buys this beautiful piece of paradise. 🫶

    I cannot understand why people think cities like this in Italy are not full of life. As you said, it's lower population and slower way of life. I would love to be able to move to Italy tomorrow. I am still planning and look forward to living somewhere I can relax.

    I want to the MAGNOLIA pizzeria and it was great. Roccasecca is very close to the very famous/important Abbey of Montecasisno, which is 15 minutes away, and so is the town of Cassino, population 40,000 with nice shops and good restaurants.

    Where I live in Georgia we never had gas... so cooking on gas on a regular basis would be new for me. All I know is electric stove cooking. Something that blows my mind is so many places lack air conditioning but have a radiator in every space. You can't live without AC where I'm at in the deep south.

    • @BradsWorld
      @BradsWorld  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      And it’s getting harder to live down there with this video shot without AC. I was there this year when it was 106. It’s brutal. But putting in a split system in a bedroom is not a big deal, and not very expensive. The cost of living here is so cheap.

    why are the showers so small in Italy?

    • @BradsWorld
      @BradsWorld  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A timeless Question!! 🤣
      I think a lot of it has to do with people just using pre-made showers that are just a set size.
      My preference these days when we do remodeling is to go with a custom-made floor pan and custom glass. It’s not very expensive and you can maximize all the space you have. It works with existing plumbing. I did one apartment renovation that four bathrooms and each shower was different. But you could actually bend down and touch your toes in any of them because we made them as large as the room space would allow.

    • @Mr_Mgun
      @Mr_Mgun 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@BradsWorld way too small for me, if i dropped the soap i would have to get out of the shower to pick it up.

    Why is called the “Sea” and not an Ocean? I need to research that

    • @BHBULOP
      @BHBULOP 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      From a geological point of view, the Mediterranean Sea, which is a sea in size, is actually an ocean because it is forming at a speed that has no comparison with any of the other oceans in the world. Usually oceans and seas differ in some characteristics. The ocean is not the sea. They have a notable average depth - around 3,800 m - and cover seabeds essentially made up of basalt crust. The seas, on the other hand, have much smaller extensions, reduced depths and overlie predominantly continental seabeds (earth crust).
