usually going to abandoned parking away from main streets and just taking them is your best bet, but honestly if you feel its morally wrong it wouldn't hurt to ask the building owner if you could take any parking blocks that are discarded and haven't been used for years
Put nuts on your anchor. Set your hammer drill to hammer and send then home. Smoke down with a 3/4 impact or bigger, not the 1/4 inch. Then put a chisel spade in the hammer drill and knock off the excess or death wheel it
@@keenramps I had an OG electrician teach me when putting up conduit. When you have to do 100s of them, you find a quicker way. You can also just take a hammer and beat them sideways to break off the excess.
