Oh you need to get the water back on albarax to do that use a monstie with a rock breaker skill like yian kutku and go to the center of albarax.
And also you should give him 15 iron ore

Just japan ver have 1.3.0+ ver cuz capcom dont want to update this game anymore

You can get the egg once you beat the game and try using qurupeco on mount cecillion
