Thank You, please consider subscribing. Also, I just stayed at the HoJo a week and a half ago. Since this video was made, unfortunately the HoJo charges for parking. It is $23.40 a day. Parking is still a little cheaper than Disneyland and it seems that all the other hotels on Harbor Blvd have been charging for parking, even when the HoJo did not. One aspect I wold have like to have know about is noise levels and comfort. I do like the candid look into the rooms, but your thoughts on the beds and which you preferred would have been great too! Thanks!
If you stay here, I would avoid rooms that are on the side of the freeway. It hasn't bothered me, but if you open the sliding glass door, you will here the freeway. At times you may here the freeway, just a little bit, but not bad. As far as comfort of the beds, I sleep well here after an entire day at Disneyland. I have no issue with the comfort of the beds, however I would rate them as an average bed. I hope this somehow answers your questions at least a little bit. Thanks for watching!

I've never stayed at this Howard Johnson, it looks really nice actually. I prefer it over the Tropicana personally. I love the retro theme and especially the rubber ducky lol. I'll have to stay here sometime. Have you ever stayed at the Hyatt Regency down Harbor Blvd? It's a little ways from the park but they have a shuttle every half hour I believe and it's an extremely nice place. They usually run deals that aren't really any more expensive than the other places.
No, I have only stayed at these 2 hotels and a lot at the Lemon Tree Hotel which is about 3 miles from Disneyland. It is a much cheaper hotel, however the last time we stayed there will be the Last time I stay there. It was terrible. This was the hotel that we use to stay for many Disneyland trips until we stayed across the street from Disneyland. Then we got spoiled. I prefer the Howard Johnson between it and the Tropicana. We have only got the Rubber Duck once. My understanding after you stay a few times you get little extras, like the duck. That may be why we got it, I am not sure.

I've stayed at HoJos and the grounds and pools are fantastic a cut above the Tropicana. However, we are staying at the Tropicana in a couple days because it's just that much closer to the park. At the end of a day every step you don't have to take counts LOL
I was just at the HoJo a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, like the other hotels around Disneyland, the HoJo now charges for parking. The Tropicana is nice too. Enjoy your time at Disneyland and thanks for watching!

Tropicana is closer and that’s literally all I care about. A bed and a shower and the shortest walk possible. 😄
I have a trip to Disneyland soon, that I am staying several nights at Howard Johnson and recently added an additional night at the Tropicana. Both hotels are nice. You are correct, as the Tropicana is a little closer to Disneyland. Thanks for you comment and for watching!

I have stayed at the HoJo multiple times and have only received the rubber duck the one time. I had heard through other youtube videos that the HoJo sometimes gives you things if you stay there multiple times. I have not experienced that. I think the rubber duck must have been something that they did for a short time. In the times we are in now, they probably aren’t giving anything away. They didn’t use to charge for parking, but they do now. Overall, I like HoJo the best of all the hotels that I have stayed in near Disneyland. Thanks for your comments and for watching!
