Lmao I took out the same trans recently and I respect ur confidence pulling it out like that 😂😂😂 bro I thought that shit was gonna crush me i thought it was wayyy heavier 💀💀
Pulled the ZF out of my e36 on my back in my garage 3 times while I was troubleshooting issues on my manual swap...it's not a fun time, but the way you man handled that transmission by yourself was impressive
That rubbing totally explains the low-speed spins! I had to go E39 wheels with low offset and 195s to avoid rubbing inside and out after installing denofa's tierods. 205s still rubbed.
Love your channel, if i was near i wudve loved to help you did a few clutches in my day on e36 and e30 its kinda fun and its a good idea to get a garage keep on growing man.
Next time. Not going back in there for a while. I got everything new for the turbo car but I had 2 days to make it to an event that was already payed for
Also quick tip for installing the transmission on the floor like you did having the bench press it take a piece of wood place it on the crank pulley and Jack left until it's tilted a little bit to give you a better angle to slide it in without without having to fight the trans tunnel
Taking a break from struggling getting my exhaust off my e36... figured i would watch someone else struggle under their e36 to make me feel a little better about lyfe, things we do for obnoxious drift cars 🙄
I actually googled it. An E36 ZF transmission is 77lbs 😂
Lmfaoo

That black insolation material in the transmission tunnel is the bane of my existence.
Perfect timing. I need to drop my transmission before an upcoming track day and I've been dreading it. Thanks for that motivation.
Maan...the struggle...I felt that

BTW - should have used an OEM throw out bearing. Those FX bearings are ass, but you know that lol
I am doing this over a dollar part, had me rolling
Thank you for the content 🙌🏿🙌🏿

Can't wait to see the 15 e36s keep up the great work!
Watching you put that transmission in was painful ! Glad you got it !

I won't miss a video
Love it!
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽Keep up the good work bro
In the future Can I work at the shop 😂.
I love working on my e36
Can you please do a vid re explaining your race ignition/push to start
I you're real about selling that clutch, I'm all about it
*wrote before watching whole video
Yeah sold it pretty quick. My friends clutch was slipping
Invest in some quick jacks!
Yeah those are cool but I'll still be on my back
would the segmented ceramic clutch be dd’ able and better for drifting? or would the organic work just fine too?
So a throw out bearing and clutch can be a one man job...
good to know.
Strong n out of breath job, but seems so.
A thousand likes if I could. Hope your channel grows. And yeah working on your back sucks.
Let's help get this man a lift...
Let me get that clutch 💀
Get a stainless steel pivot pin and a new throw out bearing input shaft sleeve that one is damaged pretty good and a rear main seal and clutch fork

What clutch kit is this lmkkk
How bad is the flywheel rattle?
I'm so used to flywheel rattle that I probably haven't noticed. Turbo car has a lightweight flywheel and factory E9X M3s have rattle too
Don’t sell that clutch bro. It won’t hurt to have one back up.
Too late lol
@@itsBlack yeah seen that at the end. 😕

Didn’t hit me until a while ago that you have 3-4 bmw’s
16:01 is it just me or is that ratchet pretty bent? Looking like it's on its last leg
Would y’all I sell the old clutch setup?
