Now, I wanted to let you know that Raye released a very crazy new song yesterday, her Magnum Opus so far, a seven minute song with three parts, it is called "Genesis". As audios she released the parts both seperately in i, ii, iii, but also in one go, and she also released a crazy music video for the complete song. You will love part iii if you love upbeat songs with a great message, lyrically and visually, this is soo beautiful! In the beginning it is quite dark, I suppose because you need to know darkness to be able to appreciate the light... incredible masterpiece! You heard a teaser / snipped of it already in her Brit awards medley, the part between Prada and Escapism "... let there be light!" and then that swinging sequence until the beginning of Escapism... The guys with the first reactions have a lot of views on it because her fanbase has been waiting for this release eagerly... @@coffeereaction Hm, it's strange, because Gracie, who has not even 40k subs and did the same songs as you about the same time is getting far more views... I suppose you have big fanbases in Thailand and Indonesia, also China and Russia, but those watch mainly content from their own cultures. Gracie's followers seem to be more "western"... It's a bit sad, because for me great is music is great music and I don't care where it's from and are always eager to discover new great art, but of course I also make choices... so in the end it's okay with me, but I would be really curios to hear what you thought of it, and I'm happy to hear she will get a view and hopefully a like and short comment from you personally... This was kinda of shocking - a mile away from what Faouzia is known for - and while I prefer her dramatic powerful ballads to these uplifting dancing marathons...I think she did a great job. I think the audience may agree with me though having only voted her 3rd place despite some insane vocal power being displayed.
